Ordered 2 of their largest tatami mats in store. They had to be ordered in but took less than a week to get delivered to the store. Was offered a delivery service for a reasonable price but declined due to living near by and had my own means of transporting them. Staff where friendly and very helpful. Happy to by from them again in the future.

Fantastic service from Lisa and her colleague at The Futon Company in Edinburgh. We discovered their furniture at a York holiday let we were staying in and we went straight out to buy a sofa-bed for our own house from them afterwards. Very comfortable and great build quality. We also purchased a great desk and shelving unit.

I have bought some lovely furnishings from this shop and had a couple of bargains in their sales. The customer service is exceptional and the manager and her assistant couldn't be more friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the goods are very craft driven modern functional and practical for modern studio flats. Thank you so much to the two ladies who made me feel a valued customer. I ordered some black Friday products on sale promised delivery by Christmas. Delivery charges were expensive so I at least expected good service there. There was some mixup with delivery, but the store manager dealt with this well and refunded the relevant items. Actual quality of items seems good, but just had a mess up with delivery.

We have bought a lot of pieces for our bedroom in our Edinburgh flat. They are really perfect in size and look cool and sophisticated. The bedside tables have quirky designs. We've also bought glassware and cushions. The design ethos is lovely.

Fantastic service from this shop. I was one of those awkward fussy customers!! They couldn’t of been more helpful. Fabulous futon arrived yesterday to replace our old one. We use it as a large sofa, looks very smart, very expensive and super comfortable. Thank you

They don't have much stock in (tho it's a little shop so it's understandable), there's often sales on which is a plus. I'm a fan of the japanese inspiration for most of the furniture but their prices are not always reflecting the quality of the products

Bought a hanging set of fabric drawers to put in my wardrobe as lacked space in my room, the product was expensive but good quality for sure. Plus was on sale! (Often see sales in this shop though)

I have passed this place a few times and was lured in with their stationary sale sign. It is pretty cool and I have spotted a couple of pieces of furniture that would be cool in my spare bed room. Ended up buying loads of their stationary, Happy days.
