Great business. Great service. Lovely people. After being badly let down waiting 4 months for an expensive wardrobe and non arrival. I spoke to Michael and Steve and felt reassured l would get this quickly. 11 days later ready for delivery. Very competitive prices and excellent service throughout. Absolutely brilliant.The website was really descriptive and accurate I knew what to go for straight away and could look at the high level description so was easy to navigate and good search functions. Bought a significant amount of items from 121 over the last month and all were delivered when estimated. There was a glitch on a bundle price and the team swiftly updated it. Communication was great and there were no surprises. During the Covid 19 pandemic working from home was very uncomfortable for my partner due to a poor chair. After lots of time spent searching the internet for a replacement chair we settled on a Zure executive chair. 121 Furniture were very competitively priced, I did message to find out if they were effected by the pandemic, which they were continuing to meet the times on their website which is updated regularly. Once happy with a few initial queries, which were answered very promptly I placed the order, receiving a confirmation email at 10:56. Fast forward to this morning around 11:00 (24 hrs later) and the TNT driver was knocking on my door with the chair. Really happy with the chair great quality, looks fantastic, the service, communication, delivery time, everything provided by Michael & Stephen at 121 Furniture & TNT was exceptional. I’m really pleased I used this company for our purchase and will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks

Recently bought some office furniture from 121 Office Furniture through their website. I found everything very easy and delivery the next day was a welcomed addition. Upon delivery though there was damage to one of the desks. I contacted 121 about this and they were extremely helpful, kept me fully informed as the furniture had come from the suppliers direct. Within a further 48 hours the damaged desk had been collected and the new desk been delivered. You can't just measure a company based on their standard service but you can with one that came with an issues and for me the way it was dealt with warrants 5 star service. I wouldn't hesitate to order through them in the future and thank you again for all of your help.

Great experience and value for money. Over £100 less than Amazon and came within 2 days whereas Amazon was expected end of April. This chair is still double the price on the supplier website. Zure chair isn't really cheap but great for my bad back and still cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen. Very pleased so far. You do need to be sure before you purchase and don't unpack everything before you decide if you want it or not. Returns are for damaged goods and you'll need to keep it in the original packaging if you want to return, at your cost. Free delivery so I don't think this is too bad. Could always buy it from Amazon, test it out, return then buy from these guys 😂😇. Pleased overall 😃

I don't normally leave reviews as I expect good service whereever I go (usually I'm disappointed; perhaps I'm just jaded). I looked for this chair when I saw it in PC World, but they weren't selling it as it was end of line, and everywhere else I looked was sold out. Then I saw it here, I hummed and hawwed for a day or two, since my big fear of Internet shopping is having a screw-up on the order and then you got faceless distant agents who are all generically alike to deal with. Much better to deal with a local, known business, then you got someone you can talk to if something goes wrong. To my (pleasant!) surprise, the chair arrived quickly. There was a slight hiccup in things but someone called straight away - now that impressed the hell out of me; he dealt with things quickly, competently and efficiently. He told me what he'd do, and, he did it, and the very next day, everything was fixed (I've had a long-running dispute with BT that is now in it's fifth year, just to compare and contrast!). Now I'm sitting on a nice comfy chair. It's the small things that make for GREAT customer service, this is why I'm taking the un-heard of step of writing reviews on their website, Trust Pilot and Google. So why should you deal with these guys? Quite simply, because they're excellent. Excellent service, excellent aftercare, just excellent throughout. The Japanese have a business philosophy, they want to so delight their customers, they become eternal customers. If I need any office furniture again (and I know I will), these guys will be my first port of call. I'd award 6 stars out of 5 if I could; but all I can say is a "Thank you guys, very much". Now go, place your order!

I bought one of DAMS zues chairs from them. It was good the first day but then the seat depth mechanism was loose which then was promptly replaced. Even with the new replaced seat, the chair would quickly snap back and forth when seat depth is adjusted. I contacted customer care, who took notice of this , and refunded me FULLY. Michael in customer care is the reason why I'm writing this review, he really helped me getting my money back ( and peace of mind ) Highly recommend buying from them, infact better to call them up and ask for suggestions
