Slight problem with sagging at one end of couch after three years.Contacted Staff at Allan's they arrange examination then the repair. They were fantastic. Even during this Pandemic their customer service was the best.

Although good service on delivery and fitting, customer care is poor and unresponsive. Trying to get a defect repaired, however despite several calls haven't heard anything from them. Appear disinterested, after receiving a big order.

Decent selection from them, got a bed at a good price and was happy with the service received from the salesman, lots of options as mentioned before, did take 5 days to deliver however he knocked off the delivery price, very happy!
