Purchased a made to measure suite in here 2 years ago & felt like a change as moved house. Went back in and was greeted by Toni who remembered me from before. Needless to say I had the same fantastic sales experience as before. I can honestly say that dealing with Instyle is an absolute pleasure and Tony is awesome.

I got a 3 and 2 str leather recliner in the sale for under £1500 and it was delivered in a week . Only one problem it’s to comfy I don’t get off it ! Shopped at Birkenshaw. Given the right amount of attention. No pressure to purchase from pushy staff. Salesman Tony was really helpful and found the colour and texture of material we were looking for. Delivery date was later than usual due to covid, however this wasn't an issue for us. Delivery guys were lovely, did their job well. This is the second couch we have purchased from Instyle. Had the last one for 15years. Very happy with purchase.

I can't thank this company enough for a lovely experience with getting my new sofa. From entering your shop to getting delivered my sofa today!! With covid 19 it has took longer to get sofa but it has not affect me personally as I was expecting delay due to pandemic. We went to see sofas September and lovley lady called Trisha was helping us with our discussion with really giving a thought and time I was really needing. We left that day to have a think about it and came back Next day and Trisha really took her time with us to go in detail with everything. No one in the shop was pressuring you to buy anything which was such a good experience as I get very nervous around people selling me things I am not sure of! Although restrictions have hit us all I thought it would have been delayed again but lady form the office called and said its going to be delivered on time, going through everything I need to know about delivery. They day on delivery I got a call from a delivery man about delivery time. Sofa was delivered and put together with no damages or any scrashes on my new flooring. Guys were really careful with bringing it inside. I would just like to thank all the staff for bringing my lovely sofa and having such a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend you and will come back again. Thank you so much!!!!

Went into the Store in Uddingston with my Dad last Friday and I cant say enough good things about our experience. Tony the Salesman was excellent. So nice and very helpful. He was an absolute gem. We went back to pay on the Friday and I took my husband in on Saturday to see what I had bought and Tony was so helpful in answering my husbands questions. There was no pressure from him and he let us take our time and his pleasant manner was what made us buy from him. He is an asset to your Business

We browsed the showroom hassle-free, found exactly the sofa we wanted with no harassment or hard sell from staff, who were pleasant and helpful when needed and made it a quick and painless process of ordering. Kept well informed on when our new sofa would arrive and then called when it was ready for delivery to arrange a date suitable for us. The delivery guys phoned again on the day and arrived on the time given, assembled and put the sofa in place and took all the packaging away. Extremely happy with the service and our new sofas. Highly recommend.

Purchased the Adagio 3str +2str on 16th January this year. Before purchasing I visited the store a few times to check size/colour etc. Overwhelmed by the choice. Staff were a great help as I am no interior designer. 😂 both girls helped me choose a colour that complimented my carpet and wallpaper. When I placed the order the sales guy was great too. As promised delivery was organised with at least 10 day's notice which gave me time to arrange time off to take delivery. I have taken delivery today, and I have to say the service from start to finish has been 1st class. The drivers called me this morning and also when they were on way. Very efficient and professional. I am delighted with the sofas, they are perfect in the room and love the colour. I will definitely be recommending Instyle to family and friends. I bought a suite a couple of years ago and my dog chewed a hole in the seat cushion. Phoned the store and they asked me to drop the cushion off.New cushion cover was fitted for £55 and i was able to collect same day . My mother in law was looking for a new suite and had been to SCS Harveys and Sterling but saw nothing .Took her to instyle and there was 5 suites she loved .She couldnt believe the sofas could be made to size but had the option of soft medium and firm foams.They also gave her free scatter cushions as i had bought previously.You can tell the difference in quality from the other stores . No sagging cushions with cheap looking leather or fabrics .Would give 10 stars if i could

Company that actually cares!!! Purchased two beautiful fabric sofas from Instyle. On the day of delivery I was so excited as this was my first purchase for my new home. The drivers arrived with my sofas to find they couldn't get them into the living room as my hallway was really narrow. I was devastated, as I hadn't gave access a second thought. I had only measured the room they were going to be in not even thinking on how they were going to get through the door so I started to panic thinking they were going to have to knock my wall down....The delivery men were so nice and eventually had to calm me down ( I was in tears) they said they would make a quick call to the factory as they had an idea. I contacted the store to speak to someone as it was obvious they were not going to fit and the girl advised me that the drivers had just spoken to her and they were going to remove the arms on the sofas to get through the door and into the room. Once they were in, the drivers would attach the arms back on. At this point I'm still in the room, still in tears and I was so embarrassed by my mistake, I felt awful as I was the mens last delivery of the day and they should have been going home but it was like nothing was a problem for them, they got everything in and put the arms on just like the girl said. The men had taken an extra hour of their own time . On their way out they noticed that I had a mirror sitting waiting to be hung up and they even hung it up for me :) I have never received service from any company like Idid from Instyle. The Sofas are gorgeous and (now they are in....) fit perfect in my room. Thank you again for all your help. Can't praise this company enough!! x

My partner and I went to Instyle after faulty suites from Sterling Furniture and Harveys. On delivery the 3 seater sofa wouldn't access my lounge.They took back to their factory modified it and sent upholsterer with delivery team to assemble in my lounge all at no cost to myself.Suite now 6 months old and is the best quality sofa I have have ever had . Far superior to other sofas I have owned .Very good quality leather .My 2 sons have now bought from Instyle. Fantastic caring company with great service and even better sofas

Sooperb customer service as we received our 2 seat sofa and never noticed it was slightly damaged after it was delivered phoned customer care and they arranged to pick it back up in 1 hour, was informed damaged area would be recovered, 3 hours later we got phone call informing us it was done and would be delivered ASAP we received it back at 6.30pm as new don't think I have ever received better customer care PS... Sofa is top quality and we are really pleased with it.
