I bought items on line but I had misinterpreted the items' description. I phoned the shop, and to resolve the matter quickly I went there in person with relevant documentation. The two shop assistants there sorted it out pleasantly, efficiently, and without fuss. Very happy, and will continue to buy quality items from Lakeland.

First time in the store today and the 2 ladies were amazing as they were interested in what I was doing with the items I purchased (jam making items). I also work in retail and had a very bad day. They restored my faith in human nature. So Thankyou Ladies.

My friend and I were in Lakeland today Saturday 17th Sept. We were served by a young girl called Kirsten who was the most helpful girl I ever had the pleasure to meet. I recently found myself laden with shopping including duvet, 4 pillows, pillowcases and two shoeracks from lakeland in buchanan galleries in glasgow as well as items from other stores and wondering how i would manage to get out of the galleries to the nearest taxi rank. I was very pleasantly surprised when one of the staff offered to accompany me and carry half of my shopping. Thank you so much!
