I found this company on line. I was looking for a particular coffee table and there it was. It was also the best price. I rang Morale Glasgow and they could order it. I went ahead with the order. My coffee table arrived much sooner than expected which was great. I live in Southern England it was delivered free of charge. It was packed extremely well. I just love it. The company was great I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Bought a coffee table and side table and it was delivered at the end of November, when my husband was building them up he noticed on the coffee table that there was scratches on the chrome base, there was also damage to the marble top as these were delivered in sealed boxes direct from the supplier Morale would not have seen these problems prior to delivery. We contacted Morale to complain and they sent out a member of staff who agreed 100% that there were issues that needed to be resolved. We agreed that a new table would be ordered but as it was closing in on the holiday period that it would be changed in the new year, and they would also build the table fully in there warehouse before delivery so that it could be checked. As agreed within the first week in January we had a call to agree a install date this was completed and we are 100% happy with our new tables, and it is nice nowadays to have an issue resolved to our satisfaction.

Excellent company, spent time with Bilal going through different options for our new build. He was very pleasant to deal with and knew a lot about the different ranges. We ended up purchasing some high end product and the prices were very competitive. After sales has been very good, we had a slight issue with one of our products and Bilal got on it straight away and dealt with it accordingly. Will recommend the business to anyway in the future as they were refreshing to deal with

I placed an order in the middle of lock down. It after a few weeks delay and like other reviews a few emails I am guessing because of Covid came. The quality is amazing we are very happy with the set and to be fair they were the only company after a long search that had anything decent in stock. I have read the reviews and yes they were poor on communications & delivery but in all honesty I do believe they are trying their best in these difficult times. I thought I would leave this review as I have a company and I know that some people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. My advise to this company is to contact all of your customers to get them to leave reviews when things go right which I am guessing is most of the time seeing you only have 7 reviews with 50% good meaning you have a low score. I did order from them again I would contact them 1st to confirm the delivery date before buying avoiding any upset. Would have given 4 stars as the delay was a little worrying however I think given everything that is happening it is understandable.

My experience was much the same as all of the ones I have read (wish I had read these prior to purchasing from here). Customer service that is well below par and left me with a feeling of being fobbed off or told what they think I wanted to hear, with the same outcome of no resolution to the problem. That said, I am now at the end of the process and have the replacement of 2 faulty chairs and a table base. Billy, a new staff member took my case and dealt with it and resolution within 2 weeks, he said what was agreed and stuck to agreements. Well done Morale (Billy), a slightly better review to be seen and I hope the customer service experience, which I received in the end, continues.

I bought all my furniture from Morale. The quality is amazing. Being from an Asian household, the things that happen to your furniture are unthinkable. From food colouring stains to random relatives visiting from the homeland using a table as a bed or dancefloor, the furniture has taken it all. I dealt with a chap called Billy who was very helpful and did not mind demonstrating any scenario that the furniture may entail. He spent a lot of time with me in his showroom and after almost 40 visits to the showroom to review and trying to haggle, I got a great deal. I would recommend them to all.

Ordered suite in March finally arrived September and wrong suite ordered ... waited so long and accepted suite as still lovely but not model I ordered! Cushions on suite not ones I ordered so was promised that they would be ordered up and I would have them ASAP !! Now 8 weeks and waiting !!! Phoned twice now and nobody getting back to me !! I have been very understanding but this is now pretty awful service !! Quality of goods excellent but after sales ????????????

We do all our shopping for furniture and accessories, my wife loves to place . On our last visit she decided she wanted our lounge,hall and two bedrooms fully furnished by Morale. The staff are extremely helpful, definitely five stars

Really liked this hidden furniture shop, it huge with a big selection and a very different selection to the 'high street'/ big brand furniture places so worth a visit to see if they have something different. Prices are reasonable and discounts can be had if you ask. Excellent parking right outside.

The year was 2011, I quit my job working for sky and moved to Aberdeen. I was living by myself in a flat with no friends and sleeping on the floor, fast forward to 2017 where I met Billy, he literally transformed my life, he found me the furniture of my dreams that I could afford, I now have several friends and a fiancé. Billy literally tranformed my life and I even invited him to my wedding. Without him I don’t know if I would be here. Coming to Morale changed my life and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
