A. D.I visited the Uddingston Store with a friend a got very good service from Kate as we browsed the store. I happened to see a sofa I liked and persuaded my husband to return to see this. Kate once again served us and made sure we were fully aware of the product and the costs involved. We believe we got a very good product at a reasonable price and look forward to taking ownership.
A. C.Was attended by Michelle. This lady was one of the best sales people I have ever met. She was both lovely and patient in answering all questions I asked of her. Although I am very fussy she took time to listen to my requests and I have now purchased the items of furniture I wanted. Many thanks Michelle and all the best to you in the future.

Design Consultant Tom was very helpful without being obtrusive. He also worked hard to give mum the best deal he could.

I received was incredible. What a friendly bunch in store. They couldn’t be more accommodating. I had real issues with DFS waiting over a year for a sofa and went to natuzzi instead. I am so glad I did. You may pay a little more but it’s true what they say you pay peanuts you get monkeys. I can’t thank Paul enough for all his help. He kept me updated every step of the way.. the quality of leather is top class you can see and feel the difference, leather care product is more than worth it, so definitely buy it to protect the beautiful product. I could not be happier.

C.I brought my mother to Natuzzi today.We were searching for a new sofa as my mum had broken her hip and couldnt get comfortable on her existing sofa.Mel greeted us on entry asking if there was anything she could assist us with.My mother was in her wheel chair and struggled getting in and out to sample anything.Mel was superb,nothing was a problem,every sofa or chair my mum liked,Mel assisted her,moving things around to accommodate her and the wheel chair.My mother sat in many chairs,while Mel demonstrated the pros and cons of each one.We both felt at ease and at no time felt pressured to buy.We were given time to sit on our favourites and felt relaxed.Mum was delighted with the sofa but equally delighted with the service provided by Mel,her no sales pitches or hard sell,just friendly and informative.We know we have purchased a high quality suite,we know we picked the best colour,and we look forward to the comfort we sampled in store.Thank you Mel,you made a dreaded shopping trip a very happy,friendly and professional visit,and have a very satisfied customer.
