Great store my wife loves it, there is a great selection of furniture on display, we always like to see the product before we buy. There is plenty of patking and the store is wheelchair friendly, good selection of stores whithin the retail park well worth a visit.

Very nice store, they have good collection of furniture. Staff is so friendly. They assist you to choose the things and options. Overall is ok but staff don't say about the offers like buy 2 get 10% off. I placed the Order and later noticed in their booklet that this was the offer, it could save a good amount if you spend in hundreds or thousands. Advise to staff to let customers know about these things.

I was out shopping today with family trying to ease some anxiety after the lose of my dad who sadly passed last week. Since the morning of his passing I have been having anxiety attacks. I had one the the next store today. I looked around for a staff member to ask for some water and I so so blessed to meet Yvonne Crawford. This lady made me feel so clam and was so empathetic. And she w not out her way to get me water and listen to my problems. I have no doubt in my mind that EVERYONE has problems right now. So thank you Yvonne, you really did make a difference to that moment in time for me. Next, Yvonne was the number one for me on the day but hopefully this is a reflection on how you manage and treat your staff.

My wife, loves this place....I don't. Not a reflection on the great stuff, it's just a soft furnishings store that does little for my interest. However it does have a coffee shop upstairs, so if you can negotiate a leave of absence with agreement to meet at the till, then this can make shopping completely acceptable

Excellent next home store that is a bit bigger than the normal sized ones. Loads of items on show from defusers to bedding to sofa's and everything else Inbetween plus has a Starbucks coffee shop if you like that kind of thing.

As we had a few questions to ask about curtains and colours the young assistant could not have been more helpful. She went and checked a few things for us and was very willing to help. Full marks to Next for pleasant and well trained staff . Will be back .

First time around I bought 2 lamps no smile no rapport with the customer! !!!Told " No tissue no bubble wrap." end of story. Returned after putting lamps in the car to purchase live plant and Glass with candle. Needless to say I avoided the first member of staff!!! Went to a young assistant who straight away offered tissue and bubble wrap. Where did that come from in 10 minutes? A pleasure to be served by your second member of staff. I only wish I had names, I'm sure you know who these members of staff are. Working in retail I know how important customer service is are present! You have a fabulous store the lamps look good in our newly decorated lounge plant and candle are Christmas gifts. Look forward to Port Glasgow opening. Regards Maureen Sinclair.

Lovely wide open aisles interspersed with high quality displays. Pleasant staff. Prices leaning just on the expensive side though. Nicely located coffee shop (Starbucks) upstairs too.

OK sized shop. As I only had a quick look around inside. The shop floor is laid out OK with the likes of Costa upstairs on the first floor and possibly more items to see. The items that I had a look at all seemed to come across as that you may need to assemble the item or items that you are planning on buying your self. So if you're happy with assembling flat packs from the likes of hear & other places like IKEA & argos to name but a few then this place will probably be one of the right places for you.

Absolutely love this store! It is my favourite go to place for the home! The choice is just amazing!

Reasonably large range of home wear products however stock within sets is poor. For example you can buy plenty of hand towels but if you want to get the matching bath towels they have none. This forces you to go online if you want to complete a set of items therefore defeating the purpose of going into the shop in the first place. The large range does make it worth a look but don't expect to get everything you want when you go in.

A nice home decor shop. You can get fr photo frame to beds in the same shop. It is little bit expensive but the quality definitely is much better as compared to the price tag of the product. They do home delivery as well and you can select their products online or you can see them in shop first and thereafter you can go and book online and do the home delivery. Mostly things come assembled but bigger item would need assembly and you can ask for assistance by paying some more amount in case you don't want to spend your time to set up. Would recommend to try at least once.

Next home has a big home dept and is great if you are looking for new furniture or bedding etc lights or curtains. I was there for the sale but was a bit late in going and most items sold out but if you want cushions they have plenty of them
