I've been a customer for a few years and I continue to return for replacement bulbs but after the last 3 purchases, I don't think I will return as checkout staff seem to have an attitude and act as if serving is a mammoth task. I thought this was a one off with someone having a bad day but the 2 next visits had me walking to my car thinking I won't return ! Shame but there are many other nice places to visit

Nice range of lighting including led to suit various room types and sizes. Also have some dining room furniture and pictures. Staff very helpful and their are not the cheapest but quality is very good hence the prices paid. Well worth a visit for your lighting needs.

I remember when Pagazzi opened their wee shop in Hamilton, ..... Now they are so big , plenty to choose fro m , not the cheapest , but knowledgeable staff and loads of Lights , mirrors and lamps ..

Great selection of lighting but the prices don't seem competitive. We found most of it online cheaper elsewhere. Perhaps if you are in a rush or concerned about quality of buying online then the additional price is worth it to you.

UPDATE ..ITS HAD A MAKEOVER PROPER AISLES AND MUCH MORE PLEASENT TO LOOK AROUND NOT SCARED I'LL BREAK ANYTHING. ADDED A STAR DOES SEEM A BIT EXPENSIVE THO...Soo much stuff I couldn't see anything I liked as they all just blended into one another. Be lovely if there was more room to walk around and browse but there was no ambience.💡💡💡just brightness and fuss
