Was in your store yesterday afternoon. Sales person Elaine was the most pleasant, polite and knowledgeable sales person I have had the pleasure to speak with for a long time. Not pushy, had an acceptable answer for any question we put to her. She showed us around the store giving us ample time to look, feel and sit on many sofas. We had no problem buying from stock a 3 x 2. Elaine is certainly an asset to your company.

Not the first time we have shopped with R&J Leather Uddingston due to the excellent customer service. This time my mum was looking for a 3 seater and 2 seater-she quickly made her choice and ordered with the sales staff, for 2023 delivery. What the staff could not have known was this was my mum's first day out following illness and surgery, and I had promised this would be the first place we went when she was able. The service, kindness and empathy shown by Elaine made the process so simple and pleasurable for my mum. I think she saw my emotion at this situation, to which she made sure we had everything we wanted, needed and more. Highly recommend R&J Leather and a massive heartfelt thanks to Elaine.
