f. s.I ordered a table in November time. Should have been delivered in jan/Feb but it actually arrived early in December. One chair was slightly damaged. This was documented by the delivery worker and a replacement one was sent out promptly! All staff involved have been friendly and experienced. My table is also amazing! My new favourite furniture in the house. Its so beautiful. Thank you ahf gloucester team!
D. C.On visiting the Gloucester branch we thought it was closed down due to the front windows and doors being absolutely filthy and the store lights being so dim.
When we tried the door it was open so we went in and we were politely greeted by Mike who told us where things were that we were looking for.
He let us browse at our leisure and once we had settled he came to give assistance and informed us in detail about the product we had chosen and also showed comparable items in our price range.
We settled on our original choice and the transaction was completed easily and promptly.
We enjoyed shopping there as not felt under pressure and we will return once our house move is complete.
