After being let down by a national bed company, I ordered a bed and mattress on a Monday and it was delivered Thursday. Very pleased with the bed and the service. I'll recommend Bedmaker to friends!

I bought a bed online, and though was cheap the quality was cheap and customer service was very poor. I came into the store and showed me various beds, and some clearance items. The clearance items were good but after my online experience wanted to spend more of a decent bed. Delivered very quickly, and excellent staff who helped me. Next time I will be buying local and buying from independent business. Thank you so much, will recommend you to everyone!

We’d been to all bed shops in Gloucester, but by the end we were really confused by prices and which bed would be best for us! There aren’t many places that sell solely beds so when we went to “furniture” stores and questioned why a bed was a certain price we would either get too little information from smaller companies or way too much information when we went to larger ones! Here it was simply explained and the prices were good too. Very helpful and friendly and not pushing me to buy there and then. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivered as promised and the bed is wonderful. Thank you! Would definitely recommend

Hands down one of the best or if not THE BEST bed/mattress shop in Gloucester. During lockdown I bought a mattress online and after a short time began getting a bad back lying on it. Came into store for a replacement, and everything was explained to me about the different type of mattresses. It really helped as before I was really confused looking online and going into other places. Bought the mattress and collected it the very same day. No hassle, simple and easy. I had been looking for a new bed and after seeing the pricing of the big name stores I had given up till I stumbled across the bedmaker in the town centre. After trying their beds and speaking to the very helpful staff I found their prices to be very reasonable, the sale was quick and painless and the bed came when they told me it would. We wanted to shop around then decided to buy here as we liked the service we received when we came into the store. We ordered the mattress on Saturday and though it wasn’t in stock had it delivered a few days later. We were expecting to wait a least 6 weeks from other places we had been to. After reading a few horror story reviews about on-line bed supplier customer support we decided we needed to locate a local supplier. We did not regret our decision to go to Bedmaker. Thanks so much to the Staff at BedMaker Gloucester. I had ordered a mattress online and had missed the delivery on it ! I was desperate for the mattress at one of my Serviced Apartments, as we were having a Photoshoot there and needed it ASAP ! I’m so grateful that they delivered it that day, within a couple of hours of me going to the store and ordering it, it was there in the apartment! Was recommended this place by a friend. Nice to buy beds from people that actually know about beds - rather just sell to you! Other places just told me about prices rather than why they were prices they were. Lots of beds, but they kept it simple as I was confused before came in. Bed arrived when they said! I don’t normally post reviews but felt I needed to write this. Thank you for showing such kindness to my parents, it’s really appreciated. Pleasantly surprised to see a business during COVID19 that does nice things and doesn’t promote their kindness like I’ve seen many other businesses do. I would definitely recommend this business not only due to their customer service but also their kindness. Before lockdown, my parents bought a bed, though due to the government guidelines the delivery couldn’t be made. They offered to deliver by putting strict social distancing in place and leaving the bed at front door. As my parents are elderly they decided to wait. What was really touching and kind to hear was that the lady there (don’t know her name!) offered to get some essential groceries for my parents, as when they went in the supermarkets were bare and my parents couldn’t get anything. I’m a key worker who lives far away so unable to get things for them, and all online slots were booked. Thankfully my parents were able to get some essentials. This act of kindness was really appreciated at times like this, and in my opinion makes them stand out from the rest!

Well all I can say is fantastic service.order a adjustable.reclining 6ft bed on Monday it was delivered and put together by deb and a lovely clothing was to much trouble.defifinatley reccomend them to any one.i think I saved about a £500 or more and the bed is perfect .thank you to you both .
