I ordered the cheapest rubber garage flooring that they had and it’s brilliant for my needs. Very tough and hard wearing and easy to clean.

Superb. The best shelving ever. No screws !!! Just bang it together with a rubber mallet. Made three large units for my garage - each took 35-45 mins. No screws. No Allen keys. Thank goodness for Big Dug.

Ordered come flooring for my workout space, came within 2 days no problems. Only annoying thing is i need to order some edging for it (Didn't order at the same time as i wasn't sure how many i needed) and delivery is still £15. Feels pretty steep to me, so i'll hold off.

Some vital parts were missing and when I called I was told the unit was discontinued but the assistant said she would ask in the warehouse if they did she would send them out to me. I’m not normally one for public reviews but I felt compelled to share what a positive experience we had with Bigdug. We ordered the value wide garage shelving. Super easy to put together (with 2 of you), excellent customer service and delivery and the shelves are very sturdy and fantastic quality. Order the rubber mallet too for one or two bits but not all! Great job.

Had a chat on the phone to clarify a couple of things about some specific shelving accessories (which they don't stock) but was covered off pretty quick. Placed the order online through the web site as had the bits saved in shopping basket so was easier than phone. Order went through quickly and easily late afternoon. My delivery arrived at 9 am the next day even though I only paid for standard delivery and the kit was heavy. A lot of companies do this shelving style but none make it this size that I needed. The added bonus was the shelving is laser etched which makes it so much easier to put the shelves at the right height. BigDug are missing a trick not advertising this fact as it is definitely a USP and would have swayed my decision should I have found a similar sized product. All in all a great experience.

Very good shelving units. Fit nice in my shed and serve their purpose nicely. After 19 months I did have a slight issue with the shelves which was put right by BiGDUG free of charge fair play 👍

Ordered a shelving and work bench bundle at a good price. It was delivered promptly but we didn't get to open it until 2weeks later when we discovered that some parts were missing. Emailed Bigdug and within 2 days replacements had arrived. Very impressed with the service. The shelving and bench suit my needs but wouldn't be suitable for heavy duty work. I would buy from them again.

First time I use BigDug and despite the fact the order was messed up (it was a big order) the after-sales customer service is amazing, very nice and polite and above all patient. I had to call twice for missing parts during assembly after probably three weeks. Their response was amazing and delivery was next day via DPD. It is frustrating but their response is very reassuring. I understand if you are urgently requiring a missing items and it is frustrating but mistakes happens and their turn around is super quick. The amazing bit is calling customer service with only two options 1 for sales, 2 for anything else. and this "anything else" you may think will keep you waiting but almost immediately an agents picks up to help you. Highly recommended.

The products that I ordered arrived on time but a couple of bits had been bent while being delivered but I emailed them to let them know. I had a good response from them within 5 minutes and they arranged replacements immediately that arrived a couple of days later. We all know that issues happen even with the best companies but this was rectified very quickly and professionally.

First and last time customer of this company. Purchased a number of shelves and paid quite a bit for postage. Order arrived today, but was missing a load of items! Rang customer service who were unable to sort a refund for the postage which was expensive, I advised the whole order should have arrived in one as it was needed today, as paid for. Jan rang back and advised me her supervisor said there was nothing they could do. Every other company that has messed up on an order in the past had ALWAYS refunded postage costs due to THEIR error. Anyway if you require an accurate order delivered when you specify, then please don’t buy from this company. *UPDATE* Customer service manager rang me back and are now refunding my postage costs. This has now resolved the issue for me and restored my confidence in this company.

I live in Northern Ireland. Ordered at the weekend and received my parts bins today (Tuesday). Called to order more and mentioned one I received had a small crack at the back, the girl is sending a couple of replacements and sending my new order with free delivery. We purchased one of their boltless shelving units on line. It was delivered promptly and was fairly easy to assemble although the vertical connectors were pretty feeble and easily bent making them difficult to fit. However when we asked if we could purchase one additional shelf and brackets, the company were really unhelpful and refused to sell one without any good reason and made vague references to weight and safety concerns - pretty unconvincing when the unit as a whole will support 1000 kg! They clearly expected us to buy another complete unit.

Would have given 5* but delivered on 3rd. Day promised. Would be better if they can give a time slot instead of having to stay in from 8 till 6. Read about the mould problem, so painted MDF with fence paint to seal wood. Product good quality and easy to build and looks great.

Incomplete product, initially appalling support (UPDATED) UPDATE (original review below) Got a very swift callback from a lovely member of customer service team, who assures me she has now ordered the missing part and will submit complaint about the sales staff in question... Much appreciated. ORIGINAL REVIEW Used to be a reliable provider, but have gone down hill badly. Received a shelf with missing parts, called on three occasions over four days and repeatedly told to leave name and number... obviously no-one called back. Unable to get through to customer services each time (too busy apparently) and spoken to dismissively and patronisingly by sales staff. Finally, I was actively deceived - one member of sales passed me onto a sales colleague, under the false pretence that I was being passed on to customer services. Took about 5mins to twig what was going on. Shockingly bad. Not even provided with any meaningful way to lodge a complaint ("send an email to sales@" - eg to the same people I want to complain about!) Totally disappointed and will avoid in future. PS if someone at BigDug actually reads this, please contact me (delivery postcode E9 6DA)
