Used to be amazing , like absolutely brilliant , we've been going to the Gloucester Emmaus for years and years now , visiting atleast once a week or so but recently , I'd say in the past month or so , the prices have sky rocketed and there also is barely anything on the shelves compared to what it used to be . I don't know what happened whether it's new management or what but very disappointed with how it's changed . Used to always leave with something but the last couple visits I've left empty handed because of the abused rise in prices and lack of new stock

What an amazing bunch of guys who absolutely made my day as I very tearfully chose a gorgeous leather recliner to replace the old one that I lay on with my beloved Bear the wonderful rottie as he passed to rainbow bridge nearly two years ago, these wonderfully helpful gentlemen showed great compassion and understanding as I blubbed like a sentimental fool in store!! 10/10 to each one on the afternoon shift on Thursday 27th August! Thank you so much 👍

Great place for believers in recycling. " Second hand furniture" in varies condition at sensible prices. Just wander around and pick what you want some stuff was too damaged for us but we got a good mirror and coffee table for£30.

Some of the staff are a bit brusque, and some of the products are wildly overpriced! £5 for a kilner jar you could buy new in Sainsbury's for £2? But a good, large selection of clothes, bric a brac, CDs and DVDs. Not many books for kids.

Great place to pick up second hand furniture and homeware including bedding, cutlery, crockery, utensils and electrical appliances and much more. They also have second hand clothing and accessories, as well as books and toys. I have found a number of real bargains there. The staff are friendly and helpful and they are keen to take donations there.

Great range of goods of all types. Not the easiest place to park and there are few spaces outside. Take time looking around the place. There are gems to be found and most are reasonably priced. If you're looking for matching sets of anything, better go elsewhere but then you'd miss out on something and pay so much more. I have already got a couple of great things.

Handy for used furniture and kitchen utensils. It's a case of rummage around and see what you can find. All staff friendly but some more helpful and interested than other . Mostly good quality used furniture with fire retardant labels.
