I needed a good quality sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. A very freindly salesman called Youseff looked after me. He was very professional, offering excellent advice and made me feel important. He was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Low quality, high prices. Friendly staff. There's a fairly large range of sofas and suites spread over two floors. However the general designs are pretty much the same but in different colours and fabrics. Very few leather suites. The overall quality feels low. There's nothing here if want to put in a home with a young family. Prices are high even when 'discounted'. Staff were chatty and friendly without being pushy. This is on St Oswald's business park so parking is not a problem.

Great shop but a member of sales staff followed me around which puts me off buying. I appreciate they have sales targets but it felt intimidating. If I have questions I will find someone to ask. Just my opinion. The products were good quality and layout of the store is nice. I will shop there again I'm sure.

We purchased a bedroom carpet here, the salesman asked if we needed underlay, we said yes but were not offered a choice. The carpet was on sale for £12.99 & the underlay was £10.00. He also charged us for a door strip, because he said ours would be destroyed when trying to lift it up Almost as dear as the carpet! The receipt was emailed to us rather than being given to us when we We were rather shocked at the price. I don't think it was a good shopping experience & I also don't think I'll be going there again. SCS said they would look into my problem, I think they've had long enough now, so, SCS, I'd like a reply now please.

Daniel was very good at is job he move all Sofa around the show us how would fit my daughter house because the sofa comes in different types and sizes. All the staff are very friendly and helpful you could not find a fault with them. Thank you from Graham , Valerie and daughter.

The staff at Gloucester are a credit to the company. This was the 3rd suite in 12 years we have purchase from this shop plus carpets. We were not pounced upon as soon as we entered the store after about 10 minutes a member of staff came over introduced himself and told us that if we needed any help to come and see him. We had a good idea of what we wanted as we had researched on their website. We asked a few questions a.nd left the store. A week later we returned to purchase the suite. Same member of staff served us, again no pressure from salesman. Paperwork done deposit paid got delivery date of 4 weeks. Always had great experience at this store. The suite we were replacing was 12 yrs old corner unit and was still immaculate but we needed to downsize. Would recommend this store for great suites and carpets at decent prices and best of all great customer service.

We were courteously served on our first visit, with no "pushy" behaviour and were very happy with our purchase. We had to return to amend our order, having done some further measuring at home, and were again treated with courtesy. All the staff who served us were knowledgeable and, despite our alterations, we were not made to feel awkward. The staff made us welcome and not under any pressure at all.

Great friendly staff. They left me alone to browse after being welcomed at the door. When I was ready they were very helpful, knowledgeable about their furniture and efficient. Although the cost of delivery is higher than other stores it will be worth it as I was told the delivery guys would help take out my existing furniture as I live alone. Great customer service not offered elsewhere. All in all my experience in store at Gloucester was excellent. Definitely would recommend.

Went to SCS in Gloucester and couldn't of had a more pleasant experience. All the staff were very friendly especially the manager who was entertaining my daughter. Making a purchase with them was no hassle and took no time at all. Would definitely use again!

Efficient, friendly staff, love the sofa I've chosen after trawling ALL the furniture shops in the area! Totally stress-free experience, I was able to choose in my own time without any pressure. This is the second time I've used SCS, and when I next replace my furniture they will be my first stop.

The staff member who helped us when we bought our carpet and sofa was so helpful and friendly. Also the man who came to measure up was friendly and certainly knew all about carpets, even gave us handy painting tips.

They asked if we needed help when we came in and left us alone when we said we are just looking (not normally the case as experienced at other places). Phil (I believe his name is) gave us all the relevant information we needed and was patient with us as we couldn’t decide between two. Lovely place to go if you are looking for a new carpet of carpet assessors. Have been here a few times and have always been happy with the level of service. Great for elderly care and seating that suits a elderly people who may be visiting. Some cheap carpet here but can be very pricey if you want you more upmarket carpet. Once again well worth a visit

Excellent service in the Gloucester store. Salesman David Hendy was brilliant. I went in to buy a sofa bed & he even let me open it out & measured it for me to make sure it would in my house . Above and beyond I'd say. Very happy.

Mixed bag but mostly good. Purchased a swivel armchair from their shop floor and got delivery within a week. Was given a delivery time over the phone of between 2-5pm so far so good. Delivery day comes along and I get a phone call at 12:45 (they're meant to call 1 hr before delivery) to say they're outside my front door! I was at work at the time but luckily had a family member I could phone who was relatively close by to let them in. I would of been very angry had I missed the delivery, thankfully the chair is great and at a decent price BUT they really need to work on they're delivery procedure.
