I highly recommend this company. Everything was done at the agreed time, which is rare these days with all that Covid fuss. I received a very nicely made built-in wardrobe. A big plus for the company for having such a nice, helpful and professional team, starting from customer service to the assembly team. The ladies in the store were very helpful, also wardrobe was assembled quickly and neatly, with attention to even the smallest detail. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. We recently had some sliding wardrobe doors and surrounding framework supplied by Arigato and I installed them myself. I feel it is only right that I should express how pleased we are with the service we received from first walking into the showroom to having the room measured and then delivered, everyone involved was very professional, polite and very knowledgable, not to mention the quality of workmanship and the price we paid were exceptional as I did get quotes from other suppliers who were more expensive and in some cases less knowledgeable and polite. Due to our house being over 100 years old, many of the walls are not straight or level and the rooms are not of a more conventional layout - trying to fit ready built furniture would result in a lot of inefficient, wasted space. We needed furniture for two bedrooms and an office/ study and a friend recommended Arigato (formerly Hull Furniture). We visited the showroom and found the showroom personnel to be very pleasant, helpful and informative and they arranged for their Design Consultant to visit our home. We had some idea of what we wanted following the visit to their showroom, but the Design Consultant gave us more ideas and also advice on what would and wouldn’t work, making the design attractive and functional. He took measurements of the space at this time. We then received a virtual video from them of how the furniture would look before going ahead. Communication from Arigato has been very good at all times, keeping us informed about what stage the job was at. On the installation dates, the fitters turned up on time as scheduled. They were very polite, professional and highly skilled in their work. We would highly recommend Arigato for bespoke furniture, they have made our rooms look beautiful. The work done is to a high standard and very stylish and their prices are extremely competitive, especially compared to ready built furniture. We have also purchased some of their ready built furniture and found that to be a much higher quality than we could have purchased from the large High Street stores.

We recently had two lots of fitted wardrobes, a desk and some under stairs storage fitted in our new dormer bungalow. The angles and height of the sloping walls required someone with the specialist knowledge and the guys at Arigato were certainly up to the job! I had a large range of materials to choose from so got exactly the look and finish I wanted-something that a large and well known fitted wardrobes specialists could not offer me! On the day of fitting they arrived promptly and in several teams so they could carry out the work in all the different rooms simultaneously. They were polite, approachable and super efficient. Nothing was too much bother for them. To add to this the price was amazing. I really cannot recommend Arigato enough!

Great experience from measure, design and install. We had a few ideas about what we wanted and discussed this with the designer and came up with some better uses of the space. The designs were sent, we decided to adjust the layout slightly which wasn't a problem. We were kept informed of an install date and this was met. The team arrived bright and early and 2 of the installers began on the bedroom furniture and 2 on the kitchen install. Both have turned out fantastic. Attention to detail throughout. We very happy with the end result. Photos to follow when flooring is complete and we've got everything put in place.

They have fitted a beautiful bespoke fitted bedroom with plenty of choice and colours to choose from and also a fitted wardrobe in another room . The workmen got on with the job very efficiently.
