Excellent furniture, I have no complaints there, however still waiting for the so called free items to be delivered after waiting almost 5 weeks. Went into the Hull store after speaking to customer services to be told that the store hadn't even put the order in. Spoke to manager of the Hull store who apologised for their mistake and has put order in, however we are still waiting for a phone call to let us know when the delivery is coming. Hence the score, furniture is excellent but the customer service is pretty shocking tbh.

This week we bought a table and 6 chairs from Oak Furnitureland and were very pleased with our purchase. The staff were friendly and we arranged to collect our items at the weekend. Today we went to pick up the furniture and unfortunately found the staff behaved differently on collection. The table and chairs were at the very back of the store and we had to carry the heavy table through the store to the car park. They would not help as they were “flat out today” even though some members of staff were standing around chatting and the store wasn’t busy. My son realised the legs could be removed to help carry and transport the table and a member of staff produced some Allen keys but would not otherwise help. The furniture appears to be good quality but is SO heavy and, as we don’t live locally, delivery was out of the question, but I really was disappointed with the behaviour of the staff who stood around and left us to it.

I have a unique situation that i explained to their Sales person Barry my son is epileptic his medication has added to his weight and he weighs over 25 stone he suffer massive seizures and i was worried about the furnitures ability to withstan that i receive my sofas August last year the workmanship is quality and they reinforced it for me with extra leg even though only two seater my son has had seizures that wood normally wreck a piece of furniture cant speak highly enough so well done to all your craftsmen and sales people quality preffessional and willing to listen

Delivery spot on drivers excellent . Large sideboard tv cabinet 2 lamp tables. All top quality. Very pleased with it all.cant fault none of the above. All packed perfect no marks or defects. Only downside is getting rid of all the packaging 2 tip runs full in my car. Will definitely recommend oakfurnitureland. Big thumbs up 👍

Chose table , 6 chairs sideboard and TV unit. However when I came to pay it was either 100% payment or take out their 0% credit option. As I am between jobs at the moment second option not possible. 3 month lead time and possibly more I was not willing to give them 100% payment even though I have the cash

Helpful staff, good knowledge, treated respectfully without being pushed toward any decisions. Staff member wasn't overly familiar which can often be a put off in these types of shop. Good experience overall.

The oak furniture is quality at an affordable price. We bought several items and will be going back for more. The staff are friendly and efficient too. I would always visit this place for oak furniture. Furniture I have bought 19 years ago still look superb.

Bought a 5 year Upholstery Mattress Protector Plan which the Salesman said you are sent a new mattress cover every year for 5years. This is not true as I have tried to obtain one as my first year is up and it does not happen, plus the mattress covers as so flimsy they are not worth it. Been in the store and just got fobbed off by salesman saying Managers day off !!. Totally been mis-sold this warranty which I didn't want in the first place but the Salesman gave me his patter and won me over. I do not recommend purchasing this cover at all.

i visited oak furnitureland recently.. i was able to buy an excellent book case.. however it was delivered with packaging and i struggled for hours trying to unpacked it and throw away all the packaging.. hours later i succeeded..
