H. K.This company are brilliant .My lloyd loom chair is lovely but I decided to change the initial candy one for a chocolate one. Returning the chair was really stressful as I had never sent any parcels, let alone a very large one. The required oacking, weighing and finding a reasonab.y prived courier was made much easier by the help I got from eska, and one day after the parcel was finally collected, the refund was in my paypal account .I would give eska 10 stars for their willingness to go the extra mile in offering help and advice.
