We have just had our kitchen replaced by Orwell Furniture and the level of service and support throughout has been nothing short of exceptional. We originally entered the showroom 3 years ago. We had our hallway (completed 2 years ago) and kitchen redesigned. There was no hard sell or pressure to proceed and when the time was right for us we proceeded with the work. The design process gave us many options and Matt provided suggestions that we had not considered. The finish of the work is incredible and throughout every person working on the project has been extremely professional. On top of this during the process Matt and his team have gone above and beyond what we expected, pulling out all the stops to ensure everything was ready in time for our specific deadline and saving us when others had let us down. I would highly recommend Orwell and we will definitely be returning when we look to redesigning our bedroom.

Well where do I start. We have just had the most amazing experience with Orwells Furniture that has changed our lives. Matt came over 1st and designed the kitchen, utility & bootroom. His building team removed 2 internal walls and mocked up a real life sized kitchen for our approval before they went away and manufactured it. This was very impressive. The project lasted 8 weeks as they had promised from start to finish. We then had the amazing enthusiastic Gill come towards the end of the project to bring it all to a conclusion. We could not be more impressed with the whole team at Orwells and we would definitely use the, again in the Future.

I don't know who is leaving 1 star reviews for this company, but they are clearly getting confused. I have worked with Orwells Furniture now on 2 projects & have been delighted with the results. From start to finish they provide an extremely friendly & professional service & their attention to detail is spot on. They listen to what you want & don't try to force you into anything you aren't completely sure on. My kitchen is now exactly how I want it. Can't recommend them enough.
