I've noticed a lot of negative reviews about this company and/or their products. Having just made a purchase and then reading the reviews made me very sceptical on whether I had done the right thing or not. I ordered a bed late on Tuesday night and they said delivery would be 2 days later on the Thursday, I was holding my breath as my wife normally does the online shopping. It was a long wait till Thursday but it turns out I had absolutely nothing to worry about at all. The bed arrived and it was in mint condition and the guy that delivered it was efficient and polite. So if we need another bed I will not hesitate to look on this site again. John.

I was a bit worried when I ordered my bed and mattress because I got such a good deal, and I was wondering if it was a "too good to be true deal". BUT the bed was delivered the next day and we received a call before to make sure someone was in, and the bed is just as I ordered, will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them :)

I needed a replacement duvet for my daughter's room after she 'stolen her original bed when she moved out. Searched the web and found a diva with mattress for £149! Ordered it not expecting much. Delivered within 2 days and excellent quality for the price. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect service. Ordered Wednesday for Friday delivery and as promised, was phoned half an hour in advance before delivery. Driver was a great bloke and very friendly, would definitely use this company again.

After having a really bad experience ordering a bed online and been sleeping on a mattress for over a week as we had no bed due to a bad buy on Facebook I ordered a bed with this company on sat 30th March. I rang them first before I ordered and explained I was reluctant to order one online anymore and that they would promise to deliver on time and the bed would be ok with all the parts etc. They gave their word and much to my delight they have kept to it. The bed was delivered at half eleven this morning and my partner put it up tonight on his own. It is lovely really good quality and a fab bed for the price. I am so pleased with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again Thankyou

A great experience! Finding a bed on their website was very simple, and I loved their customisation feature which was categorised and had the additional charges clearly labelled. Setting up an account wasn't taxing at all, and they delivered when they said they would, which was a delivery day that I got to choose. When the delivery man arrived, he even helped carry the bed and its accessories into my house which most delivery drivers I've met won't do. Now that I have the product, I can say that the bed is really comfy and I've now had several great night's sleep. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for.. I paid for something advertised as great value for money, and I got something that was great value for my money. Thank you very much. Should I need any more beds/mattresses, I know you I'm going to.
