I went here about 4 times in one week as I couldn't decide what I wanted. Everyone that helped me were very patient. The gentle man who took our order spent a lot of time helping me decide what I wanted and I could mix and match the furniture. They put it on a big screen next to each other so I could see what it would like together. I am very happy with my purchase.

Really enjoyed my experience at DFS it was the last shop I'd been into and previous shops I'd been into had put me off due to the staff being a little pushy. Dear not here I found them super helpful and not pushy they know their stuff and product knowledge is great. I've ended up ordering my sofa from here was great to be able to walk around and not be hassled while trying out different sofas

Warm, calm welcoming. Knowledgeable staff. Tea/coffee/toilets, good prices all aimed at making your purchase a pleasurable one. Had a bit of a problem with our order but in store staff and delivery staff couldn't have been more helpful in trying to sort out a Head Office blunder. (Head office please take note)Wouldn't stop us continuing to shop there.

Great selection of sofas. Went around 7pm, an hour before closing, the store only had 1 or 2 other people browsing which made it easier to try sofas and navigate around the store

Firstly, let me express that DFS in its entity are completely different to the other sofa companies out there. No pushy salesmen and easy access to customer support. Secondly all compliments for John O'Toole who assisted me with perfection. His service and delivery was outstanding with regular communication. Negatives: Delivery men are rushed and do not see to quality fitting, with a view to get onto the next job. So make sure you check every details after fitting.
