Good place, I was asked if I needed help almost immediately after I stepped in but not pestered at all. A little concerned about sanitation post COVID but I did see someone spritzing one of the beds so they are at least making an attempt. Masks were worn all round and hand sanitiser was available.

It feels like a warehouse but it's full of beds so that's what you expect. The staff were friendly and attentive but not pushy. I was given a cup of tea while I tried out the mattresses and made a decision. It was a good price and delivery was free, a small fee for taking away my old mattress and the extended warranty included a mattress protector. Will go back for my next mattress

Nice place. The guy was quite helpful on finding me a good pillow. I didn't buy anything as I'm still looking for the right pillow. He did let me test them out and even take it to a bed and try it, which I thought was very nice of him.

Lovely patient staff. Let you try out the beds and compare. Also have a diagnostic machine that scans your body and see how you sleep to help you pick the right mattress.
