Today we was served by Faisal at the branch in Fossepark Leicester! From the very start he was approachable, friendly and helpful in every way , from finding the perfect wardrobe for my Son ,he helped with the size and even the delivery. We wasn’t sure about getting it into our property and was about to walk out and find another shop to go to. But he went even further and found the correct information out which turned out we could get it in our door ways etc. he could of easily let us just order it and chance it not fitting to get a sale or he could of easily lost a sale but he was very professional and helped in every way. He is definitely a credit to your store . Because of staff like Faisal that’s why people choose to shop in store and not on line . In my experience today customer services has been nothing short of excellent.

What a refreshing change, no pressure sales, great knowledge and really helpful. Faisal was very patient today whilst I was buying my new sofas, it’s a big decision. On Friday 1st April 2022 decided to buy 2 new sofas We looked in 5 sofa shops and decided to go with the frist shop furniture Village on entry we saw the sofa we wanted salesman Shak gave us go information and very good knowledge on the sofas didn't feel Pressured at all he made a good coffee We needed to make sure the sofa would fit in baywindow and decided to go back Saturday 2nd once we had sized up Again once we entered the shop no pressure selling Asked for Shak and made the purchase 5* is for the service we received in store on the 2 days visit

Aamir was very helpful today and landed us a great deal on a couple of sofas. Excellent service; he offered us a drink and we even had a good chat about lamb chops. If you ever come here, ask for Aamir!

My partner and I visited the store a couple of months ago and with the help of Aamir, found a sofa that we love! We have now moved into our new house and so went back today to actually buy the sofa and again Aamir had exceptional customer service and made us feel so welcome without being pushy! Outstanding service by sales person Adnan. After visiting Furniture Village in Fosse Park, the experience left me satisfied. I was on the hunt for a bed for our bedroom renovation and considered sizing up too ... Adnan assisted measuring up king mattress and I was suggested to try various mattresses to find the perfect support.. Also all things were spoken about like my needs for storage and was helped in opting for a ottoman bed. Ended up purchasing Mammoth brand pillows and 5 years protection service that came with free waterproof mattress protector. Can't wait to enjoy my new mattress and thanks to Adnan & Furniture Village for providing the hassle free experience. I'll be visiting soon for wardrobes.

Visited this store at Fosse park today to buy a new bed. Very fortunate to have been served by a lovely lady called Claire. Claire advised us on the range of beds telling us all about each bed with prices ranging from 10k There was no pressure, we were treated like old friends and the whole process could not have been better or made us feel more comfortable.
