We ordered a couple of velvet chairs for our dining room table from Fusion Living. The customer service was on point and the chairs were well packaged when delivered. Very easy to assemble and look amazing. They have so much variety on the website, go and have a look!

Can't fault the service received with Fusion Living, purchased a beautiful velvet chair and I was not disappointed! From purchase I was kept in the loop constantly about delivery updates by the customer service team and they couldn't have been more helpful when I needed to change my delivery date. When I received my chair it was easy to assemble, and the quality is amazing! Chair matches the image on the website. Couldn't fault my experience, will 100% be shopping here again!

Ordered a single dining chair with a view to purchasing more. Arrived without instructions however they did supply via email on request. Had a bit of a problem as they initially refused to honour a 10% discount code which was supplied as a thank you for my initial order. This was due to the fact that the chairs had since gone into a sale. Frustrated, I decided to cancel and pursue a return for the original chair. Only a few minutes later I received a call from a lovely customer service advisor, Helen. She had proactively spoken with her manager and they agreed to honour the discount. Fantastic customer service and a great outcome to what could have been a very disappointing experience. The chair is lovely as well, good design and construction and looks great in the space. Would happily recommend!

We recently bought a Grey Polo Chair from Fusion Living to go at the desk in our playroom. We are really pleased with the chair its functional and looks very contemporary. We are delighted with the ghost style Victoria chair which we purchased for our daughter's bedroom to accompany her desk.
