Holmfields have recently completed the fitting of our new kitchen. From our initial visit to the showroom to their final visit to our home, we have been pleased with the professionalism of the company. Both Jo and Paul were so helpful in assisting us in deciding what we wanted in our new kitchen and Paul came up with some very good ideas. Craig and Scott H were approachable regarding the final design and we couldn't have been more pleased with the craft and workmanship of Scott S who did the majority of the fitting. All the tradespeople (electricians, plumber, tiler) used by Holmfields were pleasant people who did a tidy job and the finished product is beautiful. Even during these hard times of Covid-19, workmen arrived when they said they would and the job was completed on time. The couple of small things that needed to be done after the finish have been dealt with in a timely manner too. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

We recently had Holmfields to install some bedroom furniture in two of our rooms. We have been very impressed with the service from start to finish from the moment we sat down to discuss our requirements. We were kept notified every step of the way of what was happening with our order. The fitter who installed the furniture was very professional, tidy and his work is of superb quality. We are thoroughly pleased with the results and whilst bespoke/made to measure furniture is expensive which was to be expected we will have no hesitation in using Holmfields for our next project

We recently had a new kitchen installed by Holmfields and our experience was on the whole first class. From planning through to completion we were happy with the process and very pleased to have dealt with this company. We received a schedule which was timely and detailed. We knew what was happening and who was coming to our house. I cannot recommend Holmfields highly enough. From the moment I was greeted at the door by the owner, Jo, I had no doubt this would be the kitchen provider of choice. We had visited ‘chain’ kitchen providers, to get an idea on design and were thoroughly irritated with the ‘hard sell’. There is no hard sell with Holmfields; they are a family business and just lovely, normal, down to earth people who just want the best design and end product for you, within your budget. The team have just done a complete re-fit of my galley kitchen and I’m bowled over with the end result. The kitchen design, done by David, is phenomenal; my new kitchen feels larger and I almost feel like I have more storage than I know what to do with! Dave thought of solutions that used the tight space cleverly, and put in design flourishes which, I believe, make my new kitchen stand out from other kitchens in similar style properties. The floor to ceiling wine rack is to die for! The kitchen is of a quality where it looks as though you paid double what you actually paid. Mark, Jo’s husband and co-owner, comes out to do a second measurement before installation; an impressive service that makes you feel like everyone is hands-on and quality checking everything. The installation was done by Scott. Is there anything this man cannot do?! His workmanship is incredible. Scott involved me throughout, asking for my preferences on various bits and bobs, making sure that I had my input. He’s a lovely chap: professional, friendly, a good communicator, and always on time. The rest of the team that made the kitchen ‘happen’ were also superb: Phil, the plumber – he overcame issues he wasn’t expecting. Chris, the electrician, calmly got on with his work whilst seeming to make the impossible happen. Paul, the tiler was excellent – he had a very tricky job with little breathing space between the floor tiles and back door, but he managed it. Again, a lovely guy – he gives you good advice on grouting colour! I’d like to thank the other chaps who were all integral cogs in the wheel: John for doing the rip out, Dallas and Mick for dropping stuff off/taking things away, Louis for the snags, and of course any of the people I didn’t meet in the factory who built the kitchen and helped manage the project, including Scott (Jo’s son). A tip: always offer the chaps a cup of tea, throughout the day – they need it (and deserve it). Jo was always there to answer any questions I had and is incredibly patient. Together with her husband, Mark, they make a great team who care about you as a customer; you would not get this level of service from the high street chains. I shall certainly return to Holmfields for any future work I’d like doing.

Our experience with Holmfields has been exceptional. After being recommended by family members who’d had fitted wardrobes in their own homes, we already knew their quality was second to none. From our first visit to the showroom, the team was so friendly and welcoming. David in particular was so patient and knowledgeable and we didn’t ever feel pushed into buying, unlike we’d found with the other leading fitted wardrobe companies (!!!). He designed our fitted sliding wardrobes for two of our bedrooms to our exact specification, and Mark came out to survey our rooms – what a pleasant chap! We managed to get our wardrobes fitted within a few weeks (despite it being a busy time just before Christmas!) and could not be happier with the finished product. Our wardrobes look absolutely stunning and receive many positive comments. Thank you so much to David, Mark, Jo, our fitter (sorry – can’t remember his name!) and everyone behind the scenes who built our lovely wardrobes. What a great family run company; we cannot recommend Holmfields highly enough!

After loosing the will to live with other kitchen companies (local and national) our kitchen fitter recommended Holmfields. We met Paul Middleton and from the start he was polite, knew his stuff and full of ideas. Holmfields timescale was reasonable, the quality and service was impeccable and they were cheaper then the local and national firms!! From start to finish, the consultant listened to what I wanted and didn't try to impose his own ideas...he did a brilliant job of designing exactly what I asked for. Jo and the other people at the showroom were extremely helpful and sorted an issue with a couple of the doors very quickly and without complaint. Quality, professional, family friendly. We have now used homefields to create custom bedrooms in our old house and new house and everyone they have created the space and design that works for us. They have never sold us something that does not match our needs and they have always given us great advice based on our situation (age of kids for example). The professionalism and management of the whole process from design to the snag list is fantastic. The are always friendly and they always clean up at the end of each day, this is a small touch but when you have little children in the house it is a must. The quality of their products is also fantastic. In our recent work with them we pushed for additional design features and seating areas for the kids bedrooms and they found fantastic cost effective solutions. I will always use this team and I could not rate them more highly Big well done to Jo, Mark, Dave and the rest of the team.

From start to finish the experience has been excellent! Right from the designing, choosing and dismantling of our old kitchen to the installation of our new one has been first class and trouble free. Holmfields designed the kitchen right down to the fine detail utilizing our ideas, introducing there own and using the limited space in areas with maximum results. All the Staff involved have been very efficient, polite and when asked nothing was to much trouble. Holmfields we're our top choice for renovating our new kitchen. From the offset, the team were very accommodating where as others felt the job was too big. As we had a lot of building work required I.e. Knocking down of walls, we used their associated builder. Both Holmfields and the builder worked together on the project meaning the project was planned together, which is what we wanted. The design process was open, friendly and very helpful giving us lots of ideas. Definitely worth visiting the showroom and talking to Dave / Pete. The job itself was quite big however the install was very well planned and the fitter was extremely good at what he does (hats off to Clarke for a cracking job!). Even with some onsite changes, Holmfields simply took it in their stride and got on with the job in hand - brilliant. Overall a superb company to deal with and a great touch when the owners visit the site to do final measurements which really gives a sense of caring. Many thanks to Mark and the team for all of your efforts regarding our new kitchen. Our house is approximately 80 years old and the walls are far from square but from design to installation everything has been carried out very professionally and the quality of workmanship is superb. Cabinets, etc, were delivered in good time and, where an alteration was required to a cabinet, due to an unforeseen problem with the walls, the cabinet was collected and altered overnight – not something that could be carried out by a nationwide chain. We cannot praise and recommend your company highly enough (although we have tried) and everybody who has seen the kitchen has made positive comments. Paula and David Jordan

Used Holmfields three times, for two bedrooms and a study, in the last twelve months, cannot fault them. Listened to what we wanted, gave us good advice, did an excellent job every time. Their recommended builder (we knocked two rooms into one) was good and the plasterer did a perfect job too. They even sourced the exact handles I wanted, twice! With everything bespoke we have exactly what we wished for and every bit of space is used effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. :-)

We would like to say a big thank you to the whole team for our lovely new kitchen. We spent most of the summer going to showrooms, looking through a mountain of kitchen brochures and the more we looked the more confused we become! We came to Holmfields showroom purely by accident and I am so happy we did visit you guys. All the guys who entered our home were great and professional with their relevant skills. We visited many kitchen design companies in our area, but after visiting the showroom and talking to David and his subsequent visits to our home, we decided to go with Holmfields and we are both very pleased we did. David drew up the design for us and although we did change our minds a couple of times, nothing was too much trouble for him to change the plans. We purchased our 4 bedroom detached house from Holmfields in2015. The first thing we noticed was the build quality, space and the fact it didn’t look like every other mass produced house. The level of fixtures and fittings was very high and came as standard - no paying a fortune extra for kitchen spot lighting for example. Really impressed with room sizes. We have lived here for two and s half years and never bothered with a snag list We only had one issue which was sorted. Very approachable family business building beautiful quality family homes. Would highly recommend.
