Love this place. Staff leave you alone unless you ask for help. There delivery all though it takes a while is always reliable and delivery drivers are polite and respectful. Reasonable prices

Sofas delivered following an 8 week wait. Not once did sales inform us that 2 x 3 seater Sofas would be delivered in boxes. We paid for a deliver to room of our choice but delivery men said thats as long as the boxes fit through the door, which of course they won't. Delivery men were friendly and opened the boxes to get the sofas in, I'm now left with 2 very large boxes that need disposing. Lack of information from Oak Furniture, which makes me wonder if the sales pitch was correct either!!!

I went to the Leicester Fosse Park and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Rushin. I was looking for a sofa bed and he pointed me in the right direction. He showed me a couple that fitted the description I was looking for and showed fabric samples. Nothing was too much trouble and I wasn't pressured into making up my mind. After some thought returned later that day and placed a order. Thanks Rushin for your help and great customer service. I will return to your store should the need arise. Thanks

The sales staff were very helpful and very happy with my sofa ! Would not buy anything unless they have a sale on worth testing out what you'd like then just watching there website for a good sale. The delivery guys were pretty awful they practically threw my sofa down my hall way punching and kicking it on the way in. Managed to smash a light on the celling in the process ! So prepare carefully for there arrival.. sofa was thankfully not damaged in this process

Been here before for a look round, mrs Stilton decided she wanted an item, so off we went and the item was still available. We were welcomed by a very genial young man, who new his stuff and treated us very well, he was well spoken and well presented and had a great sense of humour, the chosen item will be delivered in around six weeks, but if it is as well made as the display item then that's not surprising. I will post a review of the item when we have it. So well done Oak Furnitureland and well done Connor Green! For the benefit of those travelling, there is easy and plentiful parking and the store is wheelchair friendly.

Furniture is overly priced as compared to the quality of the goods. After a year, all my dining chairs colour is coming off. I would also recommend not to buy the insurance for protection of the furniture as it's useless. They use every excuse for not to do anything so no point paying extra for furniture protection policy. It's a wastage of time dealing with them as they ask for photos then a person will come to see the damage and after a few days would say it's not covered in your policy. When you buy the policy they say anything and everything is covered which is not the case so do not spend a single penny on it.

Great selection of all sorts of furniture and the store is very clean. The staff however follow you around hoping for a sale and put pressure on you for a purchase. You can tell stores are struggling and people are buying online. There were more staff than customers and a lot more. There must have been 20 different staff members pushing for a sale at about 6 customers.

Service was excellent. Place is a bit pricey but the products are good quality. Order a sofa, which took 5/6 weeks to be delivered but can select to have it delivered on specific date for £35.00. Everywhere else charges about £60. So still fair price.

Yesterday me and my partner went furniture shopping for our new house. Every shop we went into no one ever approached us, offered us help or even looked at us, and would instantly greet people behind us or next to us. Granted we look young and are a young couple which is obviously why this was happening. As soon as i walked into Oak Furnitureland Shaun instantly greeted us, made us feel welcome, offered us a drink and assistance. We ended up spending over 1K in furniture and plain and simple gave me one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had, he did not judge a book by its cover. Great guy, made me and my partner laugh and feel comfortable, not only this the whole team in there would join in as well and had this amazing energy around them and was all in sync with each other. couldn't recommend this place any more and if you go there ask for Shaun!

I love Oak Furniture Land, it is my favourite shop and half my house is furnished from here. I’ve never had a problem with the products. But I went to Fosse Park looking for a new sofa and the salesman wouldn’t leave us alone, he followed us round and it felt like a security guard watching a suspect, bit off putting. We walked out and went elsewhere in the end.

Painless visit. Purchased an item, staff helpful listened to our requirement item delivered 12 days later earlier than the alloted time slot given for the day. Handbook supplied at time of purchase with Q&A T&C very helpful

Sales staff are warm, welcoming & not too pushy. Store has a good selection of furniture to view. Delivery guys very carefully carried all my items up the stairs for me & were polite & courteous. You get 24 hours to check over your furniture but as I had 16 items to open I rang customer services who gave me an extension. Good job really because, even though the packaging wasn't dented or marked, over 50% of the items delivered were damaged! Customer services are very organised, emailing or texting me a link to send my photos of the damaged items. They then arrange a collection & replacement date. I am now awaiting my 5th collection & replace. Customer services are extremely well organised. However quality control in this instance has been absolutely shocking! I must add that when the furniture isn't damaged it is absolutely beautiful. After 5 weeks my bedroom still isn't complete but I am hopeful that next week will be be final collection & replacement! Wish me luck! Update I now have a complete set of undamaged beautiful bedroom furniture. Such a pity quality control lets the side down so badly. Ahhh well, we got there in the end!

I am a great fan of Oak Furniturelands furniture. Everything made of top quality wood no cheap substituteThere is a large selection on display. The furniture is pricey but well worth it. Both myself and another family member have bought a large number of items from the store. Word of warning don't do what I did and buy the insurance coverage it's expensive and not needed. The items are very well made. Spent several hundred pounds for basically no return The free credit facility is very useful

Some really nice furniture, we purchased a lovely dining room table and chairs and I would purchase more. Really good as you can mix and match any chairs with any table so get something a bit more individual and to your taste. The sales people can be a but pushy though.

I was looking for a sofa and i went to all the usual suspects (dfs,harveys) and so on and i could not find a sofa at the price that i wanted eg all the added extras pushed up the price and a sofa that i found at dfs was an ex display model. So we went to oak furniture land and i found the ideal sofa which had all the specs that i wanted 1) Leather 2) Reasonable Price 3) Hard Wearing The sofa we chose at OFL was the brody and our salesman was Ash and he had a passion for the job and customers and also we had lots of questions and he had answered them clearly and effectively and he gave us time to think and decide. When we decided he gave us a lot of extras that we were happy with such as 1) 5 year cover 2) Leather care kit 3) Felt pads So all in all we were very happy with Ash and OFL and the service we recieved.
