Really happy with my purchase from Furniturefactor. Reading all reviews was a bit suspicious with delivery and quality, but everything worked out well. I have purchased sliding wardrobe from them and it arrived in 7 days. They deliver orders themselves so your delivery will come when they have orders in your area. The quality of wardrobe was good, but took some time to put it together. If you compare the quality to price that we paid I’ll rate it excellent. As we live in the block of flats the delivery was only to a front door on the ground floor. That could be improved to a delivery to your flat front door rather than communal entry. The unit had some wooden dowels missing, so we went to toolstation to buy extra bits that cost us £3 extra, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would recommend buying furniture from them.

We purchased the shoe cabinet for its compact size and shoe storage capacity. We are very pleased with our purchase. During installation I accidently damaged a panel, Furniture Factor kindly replaced the panel for free. They have been excellent with their customer service.

I made an error with the measurement of the wardrobes, the fitters pointed out my mistake and had to return them. My deposit was refunded without any fuss. Good quality and decently priced furniture. I ordered a bed and mattress and it took a while for my order to arrive as I had to wait until they were back in stock but the customer service team were great, always friendly and quick to reply to any emails and questions I had. The bed was very simple to assemble and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. Good experience all around :)

Lovely desk and matching small sideboard for my home office. Very sturdy, well made furniture. Would have given 5 stars but delivery was very slow, which was put down to the current COVID 19 pandemic, which is understandable. The sideboard was a bit tricky to put together but once that was done, the desk was easy! Overall, very pleased with my experience and goods 😊

Ordered the Greystone large sideboard & TV unit. I'm used to ordering from well known furniture companies, but I stumbled across Furniture Factor by chance & the greystone set looked perfect for my living room, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Fast delivery, well packaged, high quality furniture. Had one small issue with the shelf in the sideboard, contacted them & they replaced the part the next day. Very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend both the greystone set as a product, and Furniture Factor as a company.

Totally obsessed with the white high gloss wood and glass furniture display cabinet I ordered from furniture factory. It looks fabulous and was easy to assemble. From my ordering to delivery only took 4 day's. The driver was so polite and pleasant and speaking with the company salesmen on the phone nothing was ever too much trouble. 100% quality even though flat packed. Looks awesome.
