We purchased a super king Robinson’s Storage bed in gloss white with a mattress. It is a great bed, easily assembled and great delivery. We customised the bed to how we wanted it and it was a great service all the way. The storage boxes are a fantastic way to store bedding and are a good size; being able to choose how many we wanted was great as it meant we could also have parts as a bookshelf. It is a very comfy bed and we haven’t slept so well in a long time. Will be recommending to family and friends!

Lovely furniture ... the system, not so much. I finally received the Egg Chair I ordered over a month ago last week. The chair is lovely and I'm very happy that I persevered as there was a lot of frustration with the process. I really think their system is letting them down ( I can relate to a lot of the issues mentioned in the reviews). For quality of their products, I'd give a 5 (I bought dining chairs from them before), but because of all the issues I had with the process (website, delivery, missing pieces) I'm giving a 4 only. I would like to say thank you very much to Lauren and Oakley who has been extremely helpful! I will definitely buy from them again as I do like their products, but you definitely need to be patient with the process.

Brilliant website! I have rang them about a month ago regarding a bed. I wanted it yo be bespoke to fit my bedroom which has a mansard ceiling. I spoke to the workshop manager who understood exactly what I wanted. I took the delivery yesterday and their driver assembled it as I paid for white glove. Wow! It is even better than I imagined. The finish and the paintwork is superb! I will for sure ask them to build more furniture in the future. Thank you Stone Butterfly!

My husband and I bought a Robinson Bed on Stonebutterfly. It has just been fitted. We love it! The storage underneath it is a very good idea! I’m happy with the service received. We were told of the lead time at the moment of purchase which we were expecting as it is hand made. The finish is unbelievable. The driver that came to install it was very friendly. Read reviews so was a bit dubious, so called them to ask about stock. They assured me they had my item in, so I ordered. Great customer service, prompt delivery - less than a week - awesome price on a reproduction coffee table. Did feedback that their white glove service should have the guys wearing gloves at least. You don't need it if the item is not complex to put together and you are strong enough to lift whatever you are buying.

Friendly staff when we went to visit the showroom. We were welcomed by Lauren. She was very helpful. We bought a dining chair set that we collected on the spot. They have many variations available which made it tricky to choose! Our car was loaded by the warehouse staff. I would recommend paying them a visit if you live nearby!

A wonderful shopping experience in their beautiful showroom in Leicester. I took delivery of my custom made bookcase on Monday which needed to fit into a Victorian terraced house, ordering was seemingly effortless and Hayley made sure that I was taken care of. Bespoke desk We liked the design of one of the desks but wanted something bigger so had it made bespoke. The design process with Ben was straightforward and collaborative. Once we had agreed what we wanted and the cost, the desk was made and delivered quickly. We were kept fully up to speed at every stage. The desk was delivered on time and assembled on site. We are thrilled with the final product which fits the specifications exactly and has been finished to a very high standard. We would recommend this furniture and the bespoke service.

I ordered an orange egg chair on 25th September 2020.The colour is not as it appears on the web-site and is not as vibrant an orange. It’s a more muted shade. The chair seems to be of a good quality. The item was shown as ‘in stock’ but was not. There was a delay on the delivery but it did eventually come on 06/12/2020. The communication from Stonebutterfly could be improved. The price was competitive so all in all I would recommend Stonebutterfly.

Some background - we are 3 months through our kitchen extension and decided to start ordering our interiors (light fittings dinning chairs etc). Unfortunately lockdown happened and our building work stopped to follow government guidelines. With the house full of dust and mess we decide to leave all packages boxes up and stored in a unused room. Upon completing last week we started to get the interiors out and unpacked 4 dinning chairs from stonebufferfly. Unfortunately one chair was damaged quite badly. Due to the order being placed 10 weeks ago I expected this would be well out of return/replacement window. I managed to get through to the owner I believe who looked at the situation fairly and appreciate the unprecedented circumstances at play and agreed to replace the damaged chair. Cant ask for fairer than that.

Really happy with service...we needed 3 chairs to complete our kitchen, they only had 2 in stock at the time, but had a damaged one (Slight scuff on leg not to noticeable in my opinion). They kindly gave me the damaged one and said they would send new one in post when they had stock!! Emailed me when was in stock and dispatched directly to me at no extra cost. Couldn't be any happier with service or products.
