Such a high quality product - far better than others we've had which cost significantly more. Ordering was straightforward, and we were kept informed about delivery from the start. The delivery driver was both polite and helpful, even giving us a couple of useful tips for self assembly. And building it ourselves was straightforward with no hitches (apart from needing help with the doors - the superb quality of the materials was reflected in the weight of the doors!). We are delighted with the end result and have already recommended Arthauss UK to friends.

Purchased Wall bed BC01, units BC07 and BC08 with additional LED lighting strips. After purchase I was concerned when looking at the reviews about minimal instructions for assembly. On assembly everything was labelled very well and the instructions weren’t to bad to fathom out. I think 240 minutes with 3 people to assemble the wall bed is unrealistic. To assemble everything it took me approx 14 hours. Recommendations, put the top wall bed led light strip in after putting in the final piece of wood this allows you to fit it up against the wood so it will be straight. Also when building the bed metal frame, make sure the top piece’s holes are facing upwards. We realised after everything was complete. I ended up drilling new holes to place the two mattress/pillow supports in as there was no way I was dismantling everything. Overall a good quality purchase. Received it earlier than delivery date, just waiting for mattress.

A well run dropship style company A ready, responsive customer support A great quality product We had a slight delivery delay due to high demand at the time which we could see during our purchasing process, many items had almost a month difference in delivery compared to what we wanted. We went ahead knowing this could be delayed. We contacted support before a due shipping and they confirmed quickly that it might take a few extra days due to backlog. Perfect, so we prepared for delivery started work on our room. Delivery came the driver was so strong taking the flat pack down our path, utter respect for him having to do this day to day. Building the flat pack wasn't too difficult it took us just the first few parts to get used to the schematic style. Assembly was like any other flat pack and any mechanical parts were in perfect condition. Any wooden laminate part was well done and no-issue. It takes time to assemble and just pace yourself really, since it's chip board don't use power tools cause you'll just risk damaging. Overall I'm really happy with the experiences and results We emailed support after thanking them and also asking for another product we're planning for, we asked ahead for more information on it which which got including the build plan which is fantastic

Very please with this cabin bed for my son. His room is very small and this fit in perfectly. His cabin bed he had before has a ladder that sticks out so we had to move it to the side if he needed more room or getting stuff out from the drawers and shelf, where as this cabin bed has a build in ladder and away from drawers or shelves which gives him more space, also the desk size is great. The bed was delivered much earlier than the original estimated date which was great. Drivers/delivery guys were brilliant and it arrived right on time. Overall very pleased and happy about this product and the service. Highly recommended.

First class service and products. From delivery I knew this was an excellent company as the two guys who delivered my bedroom furniture were professional and polite and even informative giving me advice on best way to put the products together and left me a direct number to call if any issues arise. Upon unpacking we found a defective item and then I damaged another item myself so called the office and got an answer straight away with perfect customer care, none of the runaround you get with other online companies. They arranged a replacement part to replace the faulty item and were very caring and proactive in sorting the item and also replaced the item I damaged free of charge as a good will gesture. Kept me updated at all times until items arrived to my home. Can’t ask anymore than that from them. A genuine seller and will highly recommend them to all . From a very happy customer.

Originally ordered the Blanka Bunk Bed With Trundle +3 Mattresses, delivery was estimated 3-4 weeks from purchase. Understandable as the site states they are made to order. Due to Covid their production had slowed (no fault of their own) and I was contacted twice to inform me that the delivery had been pushed back each time for a total of 5 additional weeks. Their representatives (Kinga & Karolina) then reached out to me to offer a similar alternative Kors Bunk Bed that they had in their stock which could be delivered sooner. After careful consideration I accepted and the bed was delivered within a week. Delivery was at 6:15am on a Monday. This worried me as I didn’t want to wake the kids with loads of noise. However, the 2 gentlemen that arrived were as stealthy as ninjas and neither child stirred in their sleep. They explained why they deliver at that time having driven all the way to London from Lincoln so as to avoid the morning rush hour - this, I can totally understand! They were VERY clear in explaining that we must take everything out of the boxes and check it is all there BEFORE we start to assemble it. They repeated this again before leaving and said that if I have any issues, just call them. I followed the given instructions. No items were missing and so I began to assemble to bed with ease. The bed is fabulously sturdy and surpasses the pictures online by far. This bed will last a long time , I’m sure of it. I am a very happy customer and will be back for additional items in the near future.

From the moment i ordered my sliding door wardrobes the service was exceptional. Was kept informed every step of the way and delivery was much quicker than anticipated. 2 lovely young men, Damien and Sebastian carried them upstairs like they were carrying a box of tissues. Instructions were easy to understand , but took 5 hours rather than three stated, having said that we're both pensioners 🤣🤣 They look amazing, worth every penny. Thankyou for such great service .

I ordered a wardrobe from here, it took a little while to arrive but with the current situation it was understandable. I did ring up Arthauss for an estimated delivery date and they were spot on, it came within the time frame the lady said on the phone. The delivery driver was great! He was so careful. I felt sorry for him as he was by himself and the packages were very very heavy. An amazing job! Thanks Sebastian! As for the wardrobe, it was difficult to put up. The instructions do not really have any text on them so you have to try and follow basic pictures. Definitely a two person job! But the wardrobe looks great. Slightly cheaper quality to what I thought it would be but I think for a large sliding wardrobe it was a good price compared to other brands/ shops. Definitely would use Arthauss again.

So incredibly pleased with our 3 door sliding mirrored wardrobe! The quality of the wood is brilliant, it looks amazing and have had so many compliments on it already. Website is very easy to use, delivery came on time and even during the corona lockdown period when other companies went able to. We have just purchased a Murphy Bed with storage, we love it. My boyfriend managed to put it up pretty much all by himself (apparently I just got in his way. Hahahaha). He found it alright to build, a couple of hiccups but not too much swearing going on. Always a bonus. Delivery was brilliant, it was an early drop off which was fine and they were on time to what the delivery slot was. The lads were professional and wore masks while they dropped off. Just wanted to say that I have had my new wardrobe delivered this morning, I was a bit worried about the delivery from reading a couple of bad reviews about the driver's but I found them thoroughly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I think people who are complaining are expecting them to do things that are beyond their remit. hopefully the when I build the wardrobe tomorrow I will be as pleased with the product. first impressions speak of quality.

I am yet to open my wardrobe - but have marked the review down to 3 stars purely due to substandard covid-19 delivery procedures. To knock on a door during lockdown not wearing any gloves OR masks and come into a persons home huffing and puffing carrying furniture - remaining inside for up to 10 minutes whilst checking over the wardrobe for damage, not wearing a protective mask was very disappointing and unprofessional. I have logged a complaint after contacting you - and being told you are sorry - the drivers are provided with masks, that they should be wearing. Well they werent.

I have recently bought the arti 4 oak shetland 2 sliding door wardrobe 150CM. I have had no problems with it and it's looks amazing and fits so well into our new bedroom design. The staff I spoke to answered all my enquires professionally and guided me to the best choice of wardrobe for my bedroom. Quality of the product (vertical wall bed): Outstanding! Customer service: Excellent. A no quibble refund was given over a pricing change, and a faulty strap was replaced immediately, again with no quibbles. Communication: Emails answered within 1-2 days, which is reasonable, but if you are an impatient person who is used to replies on same day you will have to take a chill pill. Delivery: Was a bit delayed. Excluding holiday closure (counting from when they re-opened after the New Year) it took a bit longer than expected to be delivered. After 5 weeks I had to chase up via email to see what was happening. I had to wait an extra week in order to get a Saturday delivery installation wait, so delivery actually took nearly 7 weeks. But be reassured, it was worth the wait as the product & installation are very good. Installation: Took two guys with power tools 3 hours to put it together & fix to wall. Glad I didn't try to do it myself!! Lovely respectful Polish guys who worked very hard. They fitted it into a very tight space brilliantly. It is fantastic that the delivery guys will phone you an hour before they are arriving. I am in a ground floor flat so I didn't have to pay the extra £20 stairs handling fee. Their prices are well detailed on their website, with the exception of the wall fixings paragraph excluded (see below). Wall fixing: The wording on the website regarding wall fitting is confusing. They state on the website that you must supply your own fixings so I went ahead & bought screws + wall plugs + elbow brackets (total cost was over £15). However, they actually did bring and supply all the fixings with them. Wall fixing costs £25 (all inclusive of fixings too) so make sure you have extra cash to hand if they say that it is indeed possible for them to do it for you. Definitely worth getting them to do it as they measured & fixed it perfectly. Small problem was sorted: The plastic buckle on one of the mattress straps broke with a day. Arthauss were great though & sent a replacement out. I might end up just cutting off the buckles & replacing with a 25mm wide metal 'cam buckle' instead if it happens again. O

The wardrobe ARTI 2 and IDEA chest of drawers we bought were a fantastic price, great quality of the furniture. Putting a flat-pack item together is always a challenge, but we found the instructions simple to follow, as they are in picture format, but we did need a good couple of hours to do it! I've never ordered from Arthauss before and after looking for several bunkbeds in stores and online I came across this Blanka Bunk Bed with Trundle and Storage and absolutely love it. Great quality and price and can't believe how a trundle (3rd bed) and storage has been cleverly designed.
