After seeing an advertisement for a particular mattress, I went along to the Lincoln store to view it, there was a great layout with plenty of room to get around, the staff there were friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. I tried several mattresses whilst I was there getting information on them, when I finally made my mind up the staff went through convenient dates for a delivery. The whole process was quick and efficient without any pressure to purchase. My delivery arrived on time I was kept updated until the delivery was 15 minutes away which was very convenient for me to work around. Would definitely purchase from them again

Andrew, the salesman, patiently showed us all the beds in our price range, without a 'hard-sell' approach. We were also shown a bed that could be adjusted for 'soft, medium and firm' comfort ratings while we lay on it. This was very useful, too. After going home and discussing things, my wife soon went back to Bensons with our order. An excellent experience and a shop we can highly recommend.

Got a bed from Benson's. Dave was amazing from the start. We had a problem with the mattress, saw Dave again and he sorted it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. Jamie also helped along the way too. Thank you very much to them both. Would definitely recommend!

A very good experience shopping in the Lincoln branch. We were greeted by Andrew shortly after arriving and were asked if we knew what we were looking for. We went to the area of the store where they have the IGel mattresses and discussed the differences and how they would each meet our requirements. After trying the mattresses and pillows we went ahead with the purchase.

The assistant on duty did not pressure us and stood back whilst we discussed our preferences, only commenting when asked for advice. This is rare and for me, really appreciated. No hard sell. He patiently listened to our situation and informed us that Bensons would accommodate us re our move. We look forward to receiving our new bed in our new home in the new year.

Debbie was extremely friendly, happy to offer her experience, provided insight and a quote on options and offers available to us. This removed the pressure and enabled us to go home and measure up prior to purchase. Upon returning, Debbie remembered us and was quick and efficient in completing the sale, picking up from where we left off the previous time for both the bed and wardrobe sets.

From start to finish buying a bed and receiving it and having it assembled was a very easy and pleasant experience and all the people.we delt with were happy to help and knowledgeable about what we wanted..would definitely buy another bed from.them.

Debbie was lovely. Bought a mattress for our new house. Explained about my spinal injury and said no memory foam. Not once were we shown a memory foam mattress. Was nice to be listened to!! Bought a bargain mattress was meant to be £1200 down to £470 can't wait till it arrives

Extremely helpful staff member,gave me lots of information and listened to my requests/concerns about my current mattress and acted upon them. I was shown a mixed range of mattresses,including some of a new environmental range containing some compressed plants materials, and others with a crushed glass layer. I chose one containing natural fibres avoiding latex at all costs .

Two bedside cabinets ordered and paid for eventually after two attempts they were delivered after about four to five weeks. On inspection wrong cabinets were delivered contacted shop they had ordered the wrong ones!!!!! The staff at the shop are blaming the system the Consort have for taking so much time to reorder ,two weeks ha!ha! but they assured me the wrong cabinets would be collected when correct ones are delivered. I have just received call from Consort items to be delivered 6.11.17 but they have no record of collecting wrong items NOW WHAT????have tried to phone shop but has been engaged for last half hour!
