J. L.Excellent customer service, very happy with my purchase (the Antelope Bust on Stand). I originally purchased it on Amazon, but had to return it as it was poorly finished. It was a shame as it would have been a beautiful piece. I then found the DUSX website, saw the bust was out of stock there, but gave them a call. Laura said unfortunately there had been a bad batch and a few of these had been returned in a similar condition. As the bust was not currently available (and I really wanted one if possible) she suggested their restorers could work some magic on one of the damaged ones and then have it to me in about a week. I agreed, and it was. Perfect and beautiful. I am happy to recommend DUSX.
