Thank you so much Dusx, just received a gorgeous Pink Chandelier which I absolutely love. It is even better than the website picture. It arrived really quickly and expertly packed. I will most definitely be ordering again from this highly recommended company!

Excellent customer service, very happy with my purchase (the Antelope Bust on Stand). I originally purchased it on Amazon, but had to return it as it was poorly finished. It was a shame as it would have been a beautiful piece. I then found the DUSX website, saw the bust was out of stock there, but gave them a call. Laura said unfortunately there had been a bad batch and a few of these had been returned in a similar condition. As the bust was not currently available (and I really wanted one if possible) she suggested their restorers could work some magic on one of the damaged ones and then have it to me in about a week. I agreed, and it was. Perfect and beautiful. I am happy to recommend DUSX.

Very helpful staff, I couldn't find the right size mirror, but the staff helped me to find the right size. The mirror that I ordered is exactly the right gold colour that I wanted, it's even better than the picture. Very happy :)

Lovely, lovely, lovely chandelier. Really good quality and so pretty - more so than the pics show. Good value for money and a quick service. Now where else do I need a chandelier...will definitely be back!
