Fantastic experience from start to finish, we are so happy with our new kitchen. All the members of the team were extremely helpful and professional, big thanks to Annie Krantz who designed and project managed everything. Great things about KB are you can browse without feeling pushed, the team listen to you get to know you and your Needs how ever many times thing change. They then come up with ideas and solutions working around your budget and available space. During covid things became very unpredictable with our builders and other trades but, the one constant and adaptable was KB. We are both glad that we chose KB over other companies that are available, it may have cost slightly more but that money was well worth spending to get the quality, attention to detail and level of support that they provide. We highly recommend KB if you want a wonderful kitchen, great service, a quality product all at a sensible price. 10 out of 10 Well done and thanks again to everyone.

Kate Brown Kitchens are a phenomenal company who far our weighed our expectations. We predominantly dealt with Bobby who designed every inch of the kitchen with precision, utilising every bit of space available to him. The design process was straight forward and Bobby never seemed to mind how many times we rang and called in for more advice. After the installation, a couple of the appliances needed changing from our point of view, not through being faulty and without hesitation, these were collected and new ones ordered and installed. Even several months on when I had a problem with the washing machine, Bobby personally came round to take off the kick plate for me as my husband was working away at the time. I would without hesitation give Katie Brown Kitchens 10/10, not only for the quality of the kitchen, but for going that extra mile with their customer care. We often get asked as to who installed the kitchen, and that in itself is the greatest compliment! Thank you again for our amazing kitchen...

A productive, satisfying experience and a company I would recommend. The service was first-class and efficient. Our project manager (Darci) had some fab creative ideas to help make the design of the new kitchen interesting and practical. The workmanship was excellent and the project represented excellent value for money.

we had a new kitchen starting during the announcement of the second lockdown and we had removed the old kitchen and was concerned we would be without a kitchen for 6 weeks. But KB were excellent they put a plan into place which worked really well and the team were superb from plumbers, sparkies, tiler and the installers. the work was to a very high standard and we are very impressed, nothing was to much of a problem for them.

We just wanted to compliment Katie Brown's kitchens on the amazingly friendly and professional service that we received whilst having some cupboards designed and installed. Meeting Ben the surveyor a few weeks ago what an absolute pleasure along with the designer Georgie who produced the exact design we were looking for in no time at all. Then yesterday the carpenter was here at 9.00 on the dot along with Chris who were both extremely polite and friendly. Later we found out, after Ryan worked like a trouper all day to get the cupboards fitted, that he had a new baby but had already agreed to do our work. He also cleaned up all traces of any mess and the place was left spotless (which is very unusual for workmen). The cupboards look fantastic, as does the wine rack. Thank you so much and we would definitely recommend you to others.

Chris and his team come very highly recommended. They took on my brief for a new kitchen in my house build in Surrey with incredible enthusiasm and commitment. They designed and fitted the kitchen and the end result surpassed my expectation. The fact that they were able to produce the goods even though there was considerable distance involved gives you an awareness of their professionalism and work ethic. I currently live in Lincoln and will soon be moving south but I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I absolutely love my kitchen! Annie, the designer listened carefully and created a perfect plan, the fitters and all other tradesmen ( I had new floor and ceiling) worked together overseen by Marc and Chris was always on hand. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was do able with some very creative ideas. The best bit...the price, amazing for such quality, thanks KB.
