Would highly recommend KC Sofas Lincoln! Showroom is great - it's not the biggest place but there's plenty of options to see and try out. Michael was very helpful without being pushy to make a sale. Everything can be customised to however you want it - combinations of seating, cushions, materials, etc. Excellent prices. I ordered sofas which were stock items so ordering to delivery has taken less than two weeks. Very happy with my new sofas and how quick and easy the whole process was. Brilliant company and I will be recommending them to anybody I know looking for sofas.

Could not fault the company at all, no hard sell when entering showroom, Michael was very professional and helpful, needed extra units to have the size we wanted plus upgrade on cushion fillings, wasn't a problem for them. Delivery lads Charlie and Tom were amazing, took old sofa away and had our new one set up in no time. Picture doesn't do it justice on how big this is. We would highly recommend K C Sofas Lincoln.

I absolutely Love our corner sofa, we had the smallest size as down sized. It looks amazing. I love the colour, fabric everything. Very well made..... ( and I am fussy I look at seams etc all well sewn) . Our two 3 seaters and one 1 seater arrived today well within the 3 hours stated from 10am to 1 pm. So I could walk the dog after they left, the two lads Charlie & Tom where very professional taking out the old sofas for disposal first. Then asking the positions I would like the new sofas in, obviously there is a small bill for disposal, however unlike the Council which only give you a five day slot for pickup at anytime which won’t give a chance for recycling especially in bad weather because they must be left outside. To anybody thinking about buying something from this company do not hesitate lots of my family members previously have bought furniture from the Lincoln store and all been happy. I myself was looking to buy a sofa bed for my guest room and decided to have a look at KC Sofas Lincoln where we were met by a very nice gentleman called Mike. Mike showed my wife and I around the showroom looking at different beds and Mike offered great advice and support throughout and was so professional and knowledgeable on all the furniture he was selling. Mike no time was a pushy salesman and this really helped in my decision to purchase a bed with Mike on that same day. Delivery was explained to us that it was 8-10 weeks as it's made for you once ordered, this was a item I wanted sooner so Mike made a note saying we could take delivery sooner if ready. We received our delivery in lockdown and the 2 gentlemen who delivered were again very professional throughout following covid guidelines very well. They put our sofa bed in the required place unwrapped it for us and gave us a demo of how it worked. After the drivers had left we decided to remove the protective cover off the mattress inside the bed on doing so we found 3 holes in the mattress but may I add no fault through KC Sofas it looked totally a manufacturing issue I was a bit concerned as in the terms it mentioned no liability excepted from KC after being checked on delivery but I got in touch with KC Sofas website and emailed customer services and also Scott at the delivery depo and both fully assured it would be sorted this was on a Wednesday as Lincoln store was closed that day hence why I contacted these people. Sam at customer services was amazing and kept in touch with me the next couple of days and by the following Wednesday we received another delivery of a brand new mattress This company have been superb throughout our purchase and I would highly recommend them to anyone 100%. And I would like to thank each and every member of staff I have dealt with during our purchase who made it such a breeze and stayed commited to providing 100% customer service even though no fault of their own. I will certainly deal with Mike again on my next required purchase. Many thanks again. Dale

Had my sofa delivered yesterday, it's huge, it's beautiful, and it was a nice, friendly and quick install! Great people who delievered it, and they noticed a slight issues (manufactoring issue, nothing to do with KC Sofas) and reported it and I got a call today to say they're sorting the issue! KC Sofas web site had a huge selection and several that we liked the look of. We deciced to have a few days looking around the various furniture stores and found KC Sofas to have a great range in store to view and test out. The sales man we dealt with, Michael (store manager?), was welcoming and gave us a quick overview of the store before leaving us to have a look around. When we had questions he was knowledgeable and friendly but never pushy. We found the quality of the furniture to be at least equal to if not higher than the big name chains but much more affordable and eventually came back to KC Sofas to buy. Michael talked us through the process of purchase, manufacture and delivery but didn't try any hard sell on extras like extended insurance or cushions (info was provided though). The Sofa was ready to deliver right at the beginning of the advised window and the team worked to fit in around our availability. We are very happy with the sofa and expect it to last a long time but should we have need for another then KC Sofas will be our first stop. They may not have a big center of town store but they do have a great range of high quality furniture at sensible prices and friendly, helpful staff that aren't out to make a quick commission.

We bought the three seat and two seat Italian Leather sofas like these in dark red. We are so pleased with them. The service at Lincoln was excellent, the sofas are superb. The quality is second to none in the finish the padding and the comfort. We had a bit of an issue upon delivery as they are higher backed than our last sofas, however the delivery men took ages in getting them in through our doors, no two doors are opposite each other so it was not an easy task for them. They were very patient and on placing them removed the protective packaging and got us to examine the sofas. We thoroughly recommend KC Sofas for price service and quality.

Attended today to look at a possible new sofa and the manager Micheal was so helpful! Had an absolutely fantastic experience with these guys. Over a couple of years I kept in touch regarding a custom built sofa. Despite not going through with the plan due to neglect on my part, they designed and built the sofa for sale anyway at a fantastic price. Micheal at the store was very friendly and gave us the time and space needed to work our way through the showroom answering any questions we had along the way. He explained the way the company operated and that all stock is made in the UK. The prices are highly competitive and our new sofa arrived after 7 weeks of the published 4 to 8 week lead time. The fact that the vast majority of designs can be ordered as armchairs, 2 or 3 seater sofas or corners with a huge amount of fabrics to pick from means you can tailor anything to your individual tastes, not something you'll find at larger big named outlets. The delivery staff were also very polite and punctual too. Overall we are extremely happy with our new sofa and wouldn't think twice about recommending them to anyone we meet. Outstanding service.

Just had my sofa delivered and I have to say the worst part of this whole process was waiting for this day to arrive! I have been like a child waiting for Christmas. I bought a sofa and two chairs from the Lincoln branch today and what a pleasant experience it was. Mick is a really nice, friendly man and very knowledgeable and helpful. Not once was he pushy or giving us the hard sell, he asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. I'd looked at one range on line before going to the shop and after showing us it he then pointed something else out which turned out to be much nicer and was what we bought. We'd been to some of the big name stores previously and they could definitely learn a thing or two from KC Sofas. We were hounded mercilessly in one store which was very off putting. Brilliant!! Bought a Chloe Corner Sofa in January they told us it would be delivered end of February start of March and just like they said we got a delivery 3rd of March spot on!! Amazing experience from the guys at KC sofas! After starting looking for a sofa for our first home we realised how pushy and insincere all big brand sofa companies were which really put us off! We visited KC sofas in Lincoln and were pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the bloke running the store (I apologise I can’t remember his name). He didn’t push us to anything and just showed us around and explained how they work as a company and that there was loads of options for all of the sofa styles there. We went away to think and couldn’t get back to the Lincoln store so we ordered the Lucy corner sofa online. Timing was brilliant and came within 7 weeks and the guys who delivered the sofa were super friendly and helpful - unpacking and building the sofa for us! As for the sofa itself, we are extremely happy! The build quality is amazing and it looks incredible! All in all I would recommend KC sofas to anyone looking to buy a new sofa. Mick was very helpful and even agreed to try his best to ensure it was delivered by the 28th in time for my flat warming party! We finally received our new KC Sofas Chilli two-seater sofa bed, armchair and swivel chair on Tuesday, after 5 months of no sofas! Since then we've been living a life of luxury, lounging around. We cannot pick a favourite chair as all are very comfortable. The Kensington charcoal grey looks and feels absolutely fantastic! We were delighted with our service and have been kept up to date with what is happening every step of the way, which has been greatly appreciated during these times. Michael, who helped us browse, choose and decide, listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us select the best options for us. Thank you to the whole team. Amazing service from ordering to delivery. We ordered 2 and 3 seater sofas in Jan unfortunately on delivery the 3 seater was to big to get into the room. All I can say is the delivery guys went above and beyond to try and get it! After talking to sells office the sofas where taken back and the delivery guys gave them the measurements to go and order a different suite. Honestly don’t think this sort of help would have been given by one of the big companies. Received delivery of suite on Saturday and we love it. Highly recommend this company 👍

They couldn't do enough for us! There was lots of choice for sofa and 20 or 30 fabric choices. They let us mix and match fabrics, change the arms, add storage, add a sofa bed, add an ottoman and customise it to match our sofa. We feel like we got a sofa completely unique to us and we opted for the stain protection as well. Delivery was fabulous, they carried it in, unwrapped it and constructed it for free! Virginia Range Leather Sofas are superb quality with really smooth electric reclining mechanisms. Would highly recommend KC Sofas for the wide range available, at a good price, with excellent customer service from all staff involved.

Great range of Italian leather sofas on show here, hunted around many of the big name stores but most of the so called Italian leathers we 4k + and only had it on the seats and back cushions, the rest was PU, where as these sofas were totally covered. The choice of colour options were incredible too, around 100! So If you are looking for something top end around the 2k mark for the set give these a visit. Superb quality sofas for the price!

Unlike most other companies out there like Harveys (don't care if the settee wears out too quicky) or SCS (Get face on when you tell them you're just looking and aren't going to buy that same day), these actually want the customer to be happy. I bought a settee from them and even though it was slightly out of warranty, they offered to repair the settee and provide much better seating cushions at a cost, which was very reasonable and they genuinely look after the customer. Even despite a couple of issues at their end, I can safely say that I'd rather deal with this company than the big ones who don't care that the customers are happy and just take your money. Get your settee from these, you'll not be disappointed! :)

Fantastic , friendly & professional service, had a choice of loads of suites in any design , fabric and colour, I decided on a corner suite with solid back instead of cushions on display and one side off for space, also swivel chair with shaped footstool. At last minute changed mind on colour to a daring purple but absolutely love it all. Delivery was alot sooner than advised, deliverey blokes did an assessment before bringing in to see best way in and did it all themselves even to unwrapping for us to check for damage. Constantly reccomend to friends and others. On the subject of cost it was over £1,000 cheaper than one we saw same in a well known store. Will continue to reccomend as it's been almost a year now and still looks like new with no mis shaping. Thank you
