Just had our occasional tables delivered and couldn’t be happier. Quality is brilliant and delivery driver contacted within 30minutes to say was on his way. Will definitely be shopping at Oak furniture LINCOLN in the future.

Lincoln store, James (Martin sic) was brilliant! So sorry we ordered then online and not with James. We ran out of time and it was a Sunday and did not want to miss your offer on table and 10 chairs We are really looking forward to receiving our new furniture from yourselves and have paid the extra to have it fully installed as suggested by James for complete peace of mind. Again, brilliant personal and professional service, highly recommended!

Went along to the Lincoln store today to look for dining furniture, and what a wonderful selection of quality pieces. Well set out and co ordinated, we were welcomed upon entering but were left to browse and not pestered by staff. When we required help a very knowledgeable and friendly assistant called Kirt advised us with our purchase. We have bought items from here before and received excellent service each time. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

Only came into the shop to have a look. But ended up buying some wonderful furniture, I wasn't pressured or pestered, which makes a change. The sales man Kirt, or skirt with out an S as he put it, was very friendly. Not only was the quality of the products great but the delivery time was only a week.

Just like to say a big thankyou to Kirt Nicholls at the Lincoln store who gave my wife and I very helpful advice on the purchase of a dining table and chairs but also on the delivery package for this purchase and other items bought on line. The premium deal of setting up and packaging removal certainly will make life a lot easier. The knowledge any problems will be sorted out on the day gives great peace of mind. The time devoted to us was impressive and the whole experience very easy. It restores confidence and pleasure in buying face to face rather than on line has it has had to be for so long. Went into the Lincoln store. They could not have been more helpful. Really knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble. We couldn't decide if our printer would fit on the desk, Richard brought out a printer to help out. Having rooms set up in the store really helps you visualise how things will look at home. Have bought several items, wouldn't have bought from the Web, wanted to see them, touch them. Was so pleased with our purchases, took a friend who is also buying from there. Again, the staff were brilliant. Not pushy, just there with a tape when you needed it. Really recommend actually going into the store and dealing with the staff. Just hope they know their staff is their biggest asset.

Just bought new furniture for the new house. No pressure sales team gave us information when we asked for it and gave us time left alone to discuss. The free tea and coffee helped to! Look forward to seeing if the delivery turns up on time. We will wait and see.

The unmistakeable sense of Quality the moment you enter the Store > from the excellent designs & appearance of the clearly well produced furniture, & the very pleasant woody scent of the timber used. One feels 'at home' just viewing what is on display.# Not un-natueal to want much of what you see, & to reflect wistfully of the inferior 'sticks' you have at home! ##

Very happy with both the delivery service and quality of the Tokyo Oak bedside cabinets. Ordered on Monday delivered on Friday - amazing! The cabinets were extremely well packaged.

Typical furniture shop do get a bit of pressure selling but will leave you alone if asked, we purchase a new suit and tables and in fairness the quality is excellent in particular the oak tables, gave us a free lamp as well
