Was recommended Brosna. The service was seamless and quick to supply. We used their recommended fitters too who did a sterling job - clean, polite - very knowledgeable and thorough. Not that I want to go through having a new kitchen done again - but I would certainly recommend them.

I was advised to call over to Brosna to have a look at a local firm who made all of the kitchens on site and to order. I was very impressed with the set-up at Brosna and Tony and his team made the process of choosing, buying and delivery of our Kitchen and utility room simple. I was very impressed with the quality of the kitchen units and doors, the quality was not compromised by the price. We were not going to do the utility but because the price was so good we decided to also undertake this room. Another reason to do the utility as well was because Brosna were able to deliver a bespoke kitchen at normal prices, we needed on one wall 380mm deep units to make the space work, we could not get this at the "normal places" but Brosna delivered without fuss. Along with the fitter Mark and the team at Brosna we got the kitchen and utility that we wanted and at a very competitive price. I have already sent friends over who were in the market for a new kitchen and they are also ordering from Brosna. The kitchen we ordered was a 5 piece shaker in Cashmere for main kitchen and utility, with the island in Dakar grey, work tops of artic white quartz which has tiny sparkles in. I have attached a few pictures to show the kitchen and utility in the making plus final but still waiting on the kickboards to go on.

We are both delighted with our recently fitted bedroom. Tony,imogen and frank were really helpful. Tony in particular, sorting us with the best design to suit the room and what we wanted out of it. He then arranged recommended fitter tony and tommy who were great. Look forward to using both Brosna, tony and tommy again in the future for when the kitchen needs doing.

We ordered a kitchen from Brosna in 2016 and were really pleased with it. We have recently developed a problem with the tap leaking and were considering replacing it. However Tony from Brosna contacted the tap manufacturer on our behalf and within 48 hours we received a replacement part and the tap now works fine. Brosna were prompt and efficient and Tony couldn’t have been more helpful, what a difference it is to have excellent customer service!!

I can’t recommend Brosna enough. From Tony’s first visit to our home, the service we have received is second to none. Everything about the company is first class. There is no hard sell from Tony which you get from a lot of companies. You get one price. The quality of the product is exceptional as is the knowledge of the showroom staff. In fact all staff are very professional and polite. All I can say is I saved in addition of £3000 on costings received from local companies and the quality of Brosna’s kitchen is better in most cases. I needed to alter my kitchen to accommodate a new larger cooker. I went to Brosna in Liverpool with my sizes. They were extremely helpful and manufactured a new wall cupboard and base unit to suit my requirements. They also helped my to match my existing doors. They delivered when they said they would and the quality of the new units was excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

Remarkable!...in a good way! I have just had two bedrooms fitted and I could not be happier with my purchase! From the outset, Tony was helpful with the design and plans for both bedrooms and was happy to amend the plans and quotes as I changed my mind - nothing was too much trouble! Having previously had terrible deliveries to my city centre flat from other companies, I was concerned that delivery of the wardrobes may have been a fraught affair, but I needn’t have worried. The delivery men were an absolute credit to Brosna. They were helpful, polite and positive from start to finish - a real pleasure to have around on a Friday afternoon! To top it all, Tony arranged for Ben Murphy to fit the bedrooms and I am delighted with the workmanship and attention to detail that went into the job. Ben checked with me that he was installing everything exactly how I wanted and he ensured that every joint, seal and door was aligned seamlessly - an incredible job! Everyone I dealt with throughout my experience, whether face to face or over the telephone, was polite, friendly and helpful and I felt valued as a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Brosna and Ben and would use them again the the future without a doubt.

Brosna was recommended to me by a friend whose husband is a builder and uses the firm all the time. I'd been to several other well known kitchen companies and a top end bespoke company. The top end company quoted me £25k for the units...no appliances or worktops or fitting included in the price. Magnet quoted me £17.5k for a mid range kitchen with worktops and appliances (but no fitting). Tony has provided me with the same style top end kitchen for a fraction of the price... £6.5k. They did not have the style of work top that I was looking for but there is no pressure to buy exclusively from them. I bought appliances on line for about £2k and my work surface from elsewhere for £3k. Another lovely guy called Tony fitted tge kitchen and charged £1350, bringing my kitchen spend to around £12.5k. I cannot recommended them enough. Kitchen is excellent. Cupboards and drawers all colour matched inside and good sturdy solid doors and carcasses.

We were recommended to Brosna by a family member. We were having our whole house gutted and refurbished, new electrics, new flooring, the lot. The house was a building site for weeks. We needed the new kitchen to go in smoothly and Brosna made sure it did. Before any building work kicked off Brosna measured the kitchen and gave us 3D plans which made the best use of our available space. We then chose the colour, worktops and appliances and Brosna got everything prepared. They even recommended an approved fitter who did a great job. He came in at the end of the building project and our kitchen was built in under a two weeks. We are over the moon with it. You can see photos of our kitchen on the Brosna website. Recently purchased a gloss slab kitchen from Brosna. Can't rate it highly enough. The staff, particularly Frankie, were all extremely helpful, and what clinched the sale for me was Brosna's ability to create units and doors to specific sizes that can't be found from 'off-the-shelf' manufacturers. This enabled me to get exactly the kitchen I wanted. It arrived on time and with the units pre-built I was able to put the kitchen together much quicker than with a flat pack. I need another kitchen and won't be looking anywhere else.

I ordered a bespoke unit consisting of two doors and three drawers, all in high gloss white, after several weeks went by I went back to the factory to see if it was ready. The good news was, that it was, the bad news was when I discovered that I would have to fit the doors, drawer fronts and handles myself. I’m afraid that I don’t possess those particular skills. When it became obvious that I was both surprised and disappointed the gentleman behind the counter (who I believe is the proprietor ) had no hesitation in offering me a full refund of my deposit. I believe it is when things go wrong that you find the true worth of a company, Brosna came through with flying colours. I think it should have been made clear to me that I would have to fit the doors, drawer fronts and handles, had that been the case I would not have placed the order, hence the reason why I can only go to four stars. I am sorry the way things worked out and wish Brosna all the best.

Turned up four hours and thirty minutes late. Didn't bring any handles for doors or draws. The mirror in the doors was still not ready, despite having 2 weeks notice, so we have wardrobes with no doors on as we are still waiting for them to come back from the glaziers And half of the units were the wrong size and had to go back to be re-cut. And they still wanted full payment at delivery. Very unimpressive.
