From start to finish our experience with Panaorama was superb. Neil was brilliant with the design and offering sound advice as it developed.He was very patient with my changes, and there were quite a few over the months from when we first designed it, to production but we got to a stage at which we were very happy. The fitting was first class and the finished kitchen is perfect, just how I imagined it. I love it all but my favourite part is the walk in larder with the bi-fold doors. It's not an instagram larder, but a working larder as is shown in the photos but this is exactly what I wanted. It helps keep the rest of the kitchen uncluttered. I would highly recommend Panorama, a good company to deal with.

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen. From initial concept to design and completion, the level of service has been faultless. Our design consultant Neil Parsons has the patience of a saint, doing multiple designs until we were both happy with the final result. He went above and beyond searching for the right handle colour/tone to match lights we bought independently. Throughout the installation, Neil checked in to ensure everything was being delivered as planned. We highly recommend Panorama Kitchens.

Our Panorama kitchen was installed in July and could not be happier with it. Throughout the process the service has been exceptional and the quality of the product is outstanding. We are so happy that we went with them. Neil, our design consultant was superb and extremely patient and understanding along the journey. There were many iterations; colours, handles, styles, design. And as we were specifying during a build, the space was influx as well. Neil was extremely helpful and liaised with our builder throughout to ensure a seamless installation. The kitchen was delivered on time and we haven't had a single problem since. Highly recommended.

He had a perfect balance of listening to what we wanted while also offering his own advice on how best to achieve it. Neil Parsons, who designed our kitchen was simply brilliant - super professional and always there to help and accommodate our needs. Our finished kitchen looks identical to the original plans (pictures attached - on the left original plans on the right our finished kitchen). We highly recommend this company. 5 stars!

We had been searching for a replacement kitchen and we're starting to feel disillusioned. Magnet we're just too pushy Wren we we're not impressed with quality of the finish John Lewis inordinately expensive And so one Sunday we made a visit to Panarama, to be honest it was meant as a quick visit as we had never really considered them. WOW, what a big mistake that was. From the minute we entered their Belmont Road showroom, we were impressed by the range if designs, styles and options available. Neil wandered across to intrduce himself, explain the layout of the store, and then to advise that he would leave us free to look around, absolutely what we needed as the pair of is cannot deal with pushy sales people. After finding something of our choice, Neil took our sizes, listened intently and made copious notes on what we wanted and what was important to us and set about drawing up some plans for us. Called in to the shop, a few days later to review what Neil had done for us, and he had certainly delivered, all the points that were important to us had been included, as well as some little suggestions from himself, that elevated the look of the kitchen still further. Attention to detail to Neil was key, he researched the fridge we were purchasing himself, tweaking the design to ensure a perfect fit. Price wise, they came in at two thirds of what John Lewis had quoted, but they were delivering a higher quality product than John Lewis. A site visit from Neil and then Adrian followed, which ensured no nasty surprises lay lurking. Fit day arrived, and Paul the kitchen fitter, worked seamlessly with my electrician and plumber, with all the units being fitted within three days. Overall comments: Neil is a top gent and could not have delivered a better customer experience throughout. Quality of the units is first class Communication from the company is clear and timely. Units are all made for you, not pulled off a shelf in some warehouse. Their factory is right behind the showroom. The price they charge is fair given the quality of the product and the finish. If you looking for a top quality kitchen and a salesman who listens to you and delivers a beautiful design for you......then look no further than Panarama.

We’d had a kitchen designed by another company and Neil expertly advised us against having an island but suggested a peninsula instead. Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen from Panorama. We had a number designs from other suppliers but Ian from Panorama was the only one to provide a unique design that was beyond our expextations. Interesting how our own elecfrician and joiner could not believe the quality of the base cupboards and they have fitted many kitchens! We are completely overjoyed with the design, quality and final finish of the kitchen and the 'bootility' room. We highly recommend Panorama kitchen!

Just had our new kitchen installed by Panorama kitchens and we are more than satisfied, From the start Neil on the sales team was Informative and very professional. The rip out and associated building works were done by Allbuild Ltd who were recommended by Panorama Lee Derek and Dean were excellent and helpful and the building works were completed on time at a very good standard. Lee who was the contact person in Allbuild was helpful and efficient, Derek and Dean who carried out the work were both very professional. The fitters Paul and Dave were excellent tradesmen and obviously took pride in their work, Their only fault was they support the wrong football teams 🙄 We had a couple of issues with the quartz tops but these were solved quickly with the least amount of disruption thanks to Dawn at Panoramas head office and the quartz company for turning the new top around quickly. I would highly recommend Panorama kitchens to anyone Thanks to all concerned Colin and Ann

Despite Covid difficulties our kitchen was fitted by an excellent installation team. We had a small snag list on completion but this was dealt with speedily and efficiently to our satisfaction. From start to finish one could not expect a more professional service. Any visitors we have had are more than complimentary on the finished product. From the first visit to Panorama we were made to feel welcome. We were given a lot of time to explore options, with no high pressure sales pitch. Neil was brilliant throughout our numerous visits and gave us excellent advice. We eventually decided what we wanted and he designed our perfect kitchen. We're totally over the moon with our new kitchen which has just been fitted by Panorama kitchens. The initial design process was a breeze when dealing with Ian Rice. If you want someone to share your vision with the ability to implement it to design, then Ian is definitely your Man. After the initial design, our builder managed to throw a spanner in the works by not getting our structural beam high enough. This could've massively affected the symmetry/design of the kitchen. Thankfully this wasn't a problem for Ian as he managed to find a solution with a little tweak on his original design. Also a massive thank you to Aidrian for all his support throughout the process too. We're so grateful that he made sure the job stayed within our timeline, as again our builder created a few problems which could've delayed the job. Finally thank you to Ronnie who fitted our kitchen. Ronnie's attention to detail and his skill-set really have given our kitchen the wow factor. Overall the service and kitchen we have recived from panorama has been value for money. Will definitely be recommending them.

I can thoroughly recommend Panorama Kitchens. Neil Parsons guided me through the kitchen planning process and suggested ways the kitchen would work best with the space and budget available, always professionally and patiently. If your thinking about getting a new kitchen then don’t go anywhere else!!! We were introduced to Neil the designer who came to our house & nothing was a problem for him as he give us good advise & came up with some fantastic ideas. When he was ready with our plans, we were blown away on how our new kitchen was going to look like. Few weeks later Nick the kitchen fitter turned up & within a week we had a unbelievable new kitchen. Thanks panorama & everyone who came out for pre checks before installation. Just had my kitchen done through Panarama. We had the kitchen knocked through to double the size from the existing kitchen. When Ian from Panarama first came to our property to assess what could be done, he gave us ideas which we never imagined were possible. A few weeks on and our kitchen is done and looks unbelievable. From manager Clarke to the surveyor, the guys and girls on the end of the phone and the kitchen fitter Ronnie and his mate Kieron, everything was spot on. My kitchen looks amazing. Fantastic customer service! I had gone to Panorama Kitchens on a whim, hoping by some long shot that they might be able to help provide me with door hinges as well as possibly drilling the holes to place them in for some kitchen cabinet doors that I hadn't bought with them. To my complete surprise, Craig was exceptionally friendly and offered to take a look at them for me. After asking a colleague to see if this could be possible, they provided me some new door hinges as well as drilled the holes free of no charge. There are very few places you expect such kind gestures and this really meant a lot to me. Thank you very much!
