This is our second time of buying from The Leather Mill, The Leather on our previous purchase was still in good condition after almost 12 year's of use ( including a medium sized dog and three grandchildren) Allowed to browse without pushy sales people and advise given when needed. Our three seater sofa arrived yesterday (all the way from Italy) and we are very happy with our purchase the Quality is outstanding and very comfortable, The delivery men were very friendly and phoned to say they were on their way. We had to wait for this sofa slightly longer than normal due to obviously covid 19 but whenever asked John and his staff always returned our call with an update , Would not hesitate to recommend

Love it! The choice of quality sofas on display really were amazing in this place. It’s so deceiving because there’s 2 more showrooms to go through so there’s plenty of choice and sales on. the customer service is great too and very helpful 🙂 Also compared delivery and they are the cheapest. Got a bargain as I bought a Charisma Italian leather 3 Seater & 2x Chairs in Dark grey but they have lots of colours and sizes to choose from. Thanks Leather Mill

I bought a leather recliner suite & after a little over a week found a major fault with it, after going back to the shop on the Friday lunchtime to tell them about it within 24 hours they had sent out someone to look at it and then arranged a replacement to be delivered on the Monday. Overall I can't fault the service I received from the initial purchase to getting the replacement suite, any business can have a problem with the goods they supply the real test of customer service is how they deal with it. I can recommend this company to anyone, cheap prices, good service and no drama's if anything goes wrong.

Just to say I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is thinking about buying a suite from the friendly helpful sales man to the two fellows who delivered the suite my husband and I wher a bit concerned in case it wouldn't fit through the door but the two fellows where brilliant made the job dead easy thanks for everything x
