g. h.Sales assistant was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, but not pushy. Love my new bed, however we had no notification that our bed was being delivered until 25 minutes before it arrived at 8.20am. This meant a frantic time dismantling our bed, hoovering, cleaning under bed etc. Disappointing.

K. C.Kept well informed of delivery date and time. Was given a 6 hour window at first for delivery time bit this was then dropped to 2 hours then also contacted to say delivery drivers would phone and they did to say they were about 30 mins away, no sitting about all day waiting on delivery
