Never knew that there were so many do's and don'ts regarding different types of pans and the coatings on them 🤔! Thankfully, we had Stewart on hand to expertly guide us and advise us to suit our needs. He methodically went through each pan set we asked about. The delivery was quick also. We ordered on Friday, and they were delivered first thing Monday morning. The box was excellently packed, with plenty of packing in and around each pan. Coupled with that, there were fragile labels clearly visible all round the box. Thank you very much again for the time taken to put our minds at ease, knowing that the pan set came with a 25-year no quibble guarantee 😀!

Visited at the weekend to show the staff a defective non-stick pan (coating coming off) that we purchased SIX years ago. We were given a brand new replacement with zero hassle whilst enjoying service with a smile. Can't recommend this brand, this outlet and this team highly enough. The shop was really well laid out so it was very easy to find what we were looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained the 2 year warranty to us very clearly. The prices were fantastic, as was the range of products! I would have ended up buying half the shop if my other half hadn't kept me on the straight and narrow. I got just what I wanted, a new saute pan at a reasonable price. The range was good and I picked a stainless steel one to match other pans I have at home. They assistant was very helpful and I have already used the pan and an very happy with my purchase.

I visited the Livingston store on Tuesday 11th April. Went in to browse and was so impressed by the range of stock that i actually purchased five items. The two female members of staff were extremely helpful as well as having fantastic personalities, i thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will certainly call in every time I am back in Livingston. Buying online is an option but not as much fun as this visit was.

Brilliant shop, with lots of inexpensive kitchen gadgets in fun colours. I bought several stocking fillers as I couldn't carry too much, but will be back for a more serious shop! The girl at the till was ultra helpful.

Bought myself some great knives and magnetic strip to hang them on. Looks great in the kitchen, a great feature for the room. Also picked up a Mandoline to speed up slicing and the likes for making soups. The staff were helpful and not pushy. Nice touch having the fruit to cut through to check out the knives. Money off as well as I spent over £100 - can't go wrong with that!

Absolutely love this shop! The range of products is great, with everything for the cook from pots, casseroles dishes and knives. Always feel like there's a bargain to be had. We bought a bright yellow Tangine for my daughter and her husband as a house warming present for their new flat. I'm sure they'll love it! We go to this shop every xmas for presents too.

Pro cook customer services are amazing and one of the best companies I have ever came across, there products are of high quality and affordability, when my dinner set came one of the plates were chipped in transit but the customer service team were able to get a replacement plate hassle free I was also kept up to date on dispatchments and I was at the center. The Customer Assistant was most helpful with her knowledge of the different products and was willing to answer every question we asked nothing was to much bother. She offered to keep our bags till we had finished the rest of our shopping. When we went back to collect it, it was lying waiting on us. I went in to buy a present and asked about some knives I bought around 8 or 9 years ago. I was told to bring in the knives and they could be replaced with any wear and tear. I had such a good experience here ! It was my first time in the shop with my mother and i was in looking for my first knife set for when i start college. Everything was set out so clearly so i knew exactly where i needed to be looking in the shop. Within minutes a woman came over to see how we were getting on and i explained to her what i was after. She described to me the differences with the knives and even took a few over to a demonstration table by the counter, where there was a chopping bored and a whole bunch of veg, she enthusiastically said to me to try each knife out to see how they feel. She told me about deals with the knives and buying combos and even told me that if i spent an extra £1 with a combo id get a knife completely FREE !! My mum had a look about in the "gadget corner" as the shop assistant called it where they sell cheap but fun kitchen gadgets. My mum got really excited because she found a crinkle veg cutter that shed been looking for for ages ! The shop was filled with such nice things, i could have spent a fortune in there ! All the staff members that we spoke to and who served us at the till were all very polite and so helpfully, its definatly a place i will return to time and time again !

As I'm getting a new kitchen fitted with an induction hob I looked on Pro Cooks website I saw a set of pans that looked ideal. I decided to check them out first at the shop in Livingston. I'm so glad I did Stuart was very knowledgeable and helped me with my decision with no pressure,he helped me choose with my needs in mind. I shopped in ProCook on Thursday for a Roasting rack. My niece was with me and I happened to mention on the way out that I would have bought a Mandolin if I would have noticed it. She went back on bought it for me as a Christmas present. ( last year it was a knife sharpener. The best present I've ever had ) When I got home there was a booklet of items in my bag. I looked through it and saw a griddle that I've been looking for, for ages. I went back yesterday and bought it. I don't think there's anything you can't find in there when it comes to cooking utensils.
