Went in today to pay money to my sofa as I already called customer service as paid money by card and had money in house so go in say iam in to pay money to my sofa the lady jumps in we don't take payment if its ordered from online I said I already asked and they say you do she asked about 3 other folk then gets told yes we do she was not happy at all but others very helpful

The Manager welcomed my self and my wife at the door,and explained the set up in the shop,was very pleasant and good mannered which made us very comfortable.After we looked and found what we wanted,a lady sales assistant took us through our order and was very helpful.Will certainly shop at scs in the future. Customer service was excellent, we were greeted at door, asked a few questions then left to have a good look around. We did contact a member, who gave us such great service, answered all our question, and good advice, we did end up ordering 2 sofas.. Would highly recommend this store for it's customer service.

Seen a sofa we loved online and went to our local store to see it in the flesh, the guys in the store honoured the offer which was coming the following day and threw in a furniture care package. Currently waiting for the delivery side if things which we were told would be approx 6 weeks if not sooner.

Shop was not too clean, staff was following us without making conversation, making us quite uncomfortable, sofas options are good and prices are a little high but is what you expect for the quality
