So delighted to have been introduced to Afflair For Home. I have brought two Marco bar stools and am so pleased with them. The stools are just so smart and comfortable to sit on. Service is really important to me and Afflair for Home have been very efficient and given very personalised and outstanding customer service Highly recommend this business Neelam Thapar

The shop has some nice interior design products however the staff in the shop acts like they couldn't care less whether or not you buy anything from them. We bought console table with bronze finish which was on offer. The manager in store said they would arrange the delivery with Addison Lee and would call us next day to confirm. Having waited in vain for some time next day we called the store only to be told that all deliveries had been cancelled because something happened with their driver. Only when we told them that the delivery was with the taxi service they said okay they would send us the table. When in the shop we liked a small round lamp table with the same finish as console table, so we asked if we could have some sort of deal if we buy the round table as well. The lady on the phone said no problem they could scrap the delivery charge as an offer but she needed to confirm it with her manager. One hour later she called to say that they won't offer us any deal on the round table. We said okay just send us the console table and we will pay the delivery charge. ... As I said at the beginning people in this shop are not flexible and not interested in doing business...

Such an amazing find! The decor and aesthetic of the shop is beautiful & staff were extremely helpful! The quality of items are amazing and pieces are comparable to you would find in large department stores. Bought beautiful coffee tables and a few accessories, the owners were very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Will definitely be returning!
