s.What an amazing beautiful place; I wanna get back in the near future to buy a terranium. I have an aquarium but never had a terranium and yes, looks very stylish and interesting. As for the place again: you don't see something like this everyday!
R. A.Great customer service. One of the items I ordered wasn't in stock yet, so the store called me to ask my preference for the items to be delivered individually or together. They also accommodated me changing the delivery address and still kept to the free delivery, despite now needing two deliveries made. Very friendly member of staff at the end of the phone too!
P. S.An inspiring and welcoming place (both shops!) to browse for your home or a gift. Even just to walk around and cheer yourself up! Friendly and knowledgable staff. Have always loved Aria, but even more so since the most fabulous customer service I had in the lead up to Christmas. They could not have done more to ensure a gift arrived on time. Will be back there once it can reopen and, in the meantime, will enjoy browsing online.
J. T.Walked in today and found the staff lovely and random objects fun with neat designs. Went back an hour later to buy a light I saw earlier and the ginger bearded chappy that served me was huffy, puffy and not the happiest when I asked to view the lights on a mirrored cube I’d already purchased. I bought one of the lights because the design is good, but wasn’t impressed with the exasperated customer service and would think twice about going back in.
k. v.The main Aria Shop just off Upper Street has some beautifully designed items and a great variety. My favourite shop! Great for buying Christmas gifts, some expensive, smaller items more affordable. Friendly and helpful staff.
K. G.This place is a favourite amongst my design-loving friends. A beautiful venue, it hosts all kinds of interesting pieces of furniture, crockery, watches and so on. The staff seem very sweet, but sadly there are lots of obnoxious signs all over the place shouting 'BREAKAGES MUST BE PAID FOR' which is a bit off-putting. Apart from that, it's a lovely place and probably a great one for gift-buying.
