K.A very kind, patient, helpful and knowledgable staff that will go an extra mile to meet your needs. Prompt and efficient delivery. They took the bed up to the 4tf floor with a smile on their face when the lift happened to be out of service in where I live. Also a good choice of beds that, as I found out, are made from reclaimed wood so the impact on the environment is mininal. I was a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend!
