We had 3 wardrobes with sliding doors fitted in my daughter house, the choice of options and quality of the materials used was incredible. So many variations available and truly bespoke fittings and colours but with a reasonable price. All wardrobes were fitted within a week and they came back to ensure I was happy with the finish.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish (Bravo!! The name says it all!!!) From the sales team to the engineer coming out, and today from the actual fitters…….such a fantastic experience, so professional and the care they take whilst working within your property (covering entire bedroom carpet/ staircase and entrance with plastic/ proper dust sheets). The workmanship once our cupboard was completed 110%, all cleaned up by fitters. Definitely value for money, and an exceptional customer experience. I would like to thank Bravo for the quality work done! My order was ready in just three weeks and this is very captivating, since it was a big job for them to take on. You don't have to wait for months, like with other manufacturers I dealt with before, and be afraid that they forgot about you or keep postponing everything, using all sorts of excuses. My personal design consultant, Roman, very quickly processed my order, from initial visit to installation. Really happy with the job Bravo did! Now our living room and bedroom is a reason for the envy of our friends!

This is the second time I have used Bravo for a custom wardrobe for our master bedroom in two properties. Each time they have done an excellent job, from design through to installation through to any snagging to get the perfect finish. I will definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend them. The product is very high quality and can be designed and made to the customers own specification or the designers can offer inspiration and guidance. The installers were also great, very efficient and very polite, respecting your home to protect flooring and furniture and cleaning up afterwards. Well done bravo, and thank you.

During the renovation in our house, we needed someone to install a built-in fitted wardrobe in the master bedroom and I can certainly say that we found an excellent company offering bespoke furniture made to our preferences. Really surprised with the ease and efficiency of the whole process since from the time of communicating with their Sales Rep to the actual installation of our wardrobe, it only took 5 weeks to get this done. What also impressed us, is the quality of not just their product range, but also the installation process and staff being polite, respective of our property and keeping everything really neat. I was very impressed with Bravo from start to finish, who I recently engaged to fully fit a dressing room area. Vlad immediately got back to me with some designs after my initial query, and then very quickly got back to me with refinements. Highly recommend Bravo for a great service and going the extra mile. We had a new dorma and wanted a walkin wardrobe. After looking into lots different companies I came across a review site where I found some very positive comments about a company called Bravo. I soon found them and made contact. A week later they came to site to take measurements and from that moment there communication was excellent. Fully answering questions and finding solutions to what we requested. Email, phone and what's app messaging and we arrived at a design that was exactly what we wanted. We paid deposit and booked full laser measurements so they are able todo scaled drawings. These came through a few day later and once we signed off we where given an install date. Bravo fully kept us informed of the progress and on day of install there staff arrived and prepared area and route to ensure safe working and no damage to other parts of property. Install took 2 days and so pleased with the outcome. Thanks Bravo 👏

I don’t typically write reviews, but I just want to share my feedback for anyone who decides to go with Bravo. Overall service was really good, especially their sales team. I had my personal design assistant who created the design I wanted and as a result I placed an order for a walk in wardrobe. The installation team was great, they carried the whole installation process without any mess, scratches to my floor and they left the house clean. I have previously had bad experience with other companies. Never seen this level of diligence before! Well done guys! Will certainly come back to Bravo again for further projects.

I have to say, I was really nervous after having read so many bad reviews from competitors that I trusted Bravo just because of their reviews and because it seems that they actually care about customers. Also, very good value for money compared to other companies. Their installation team is so professional! It took them the whole day but they were working tirelessly. They know exactly what they do, and work very accurate. They were also cleaning up before they left, I was really surprised because I didn't expect them to do it. Very happy with the quality of the wardrobes purchased from Bravo London. Roman and his installation team were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to leave the house tidy. I've had my units installed for about six months now and have had absolutely no issues. They've made a world of difference to my property. I'm only giving four stars due to a number of problems and frustrations with the administrative side of things. The design consultant I was allocated repeatedly made a number of silly mistakes with the spec and quotes, and didn't seem fully focussed on accuracy. There were also a number of times when this individual promised to call me to confirm details, but I would have to chase over and over again. However, I don't think this is representative of the entire company - my other dealings with Bravo were much more professional and efficient. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bravo again in the future - the only thing I would do differently is to work with another member of their team.

I cannot recommend Bravo London enough. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Babek was so helpful and professional the entire time.
