Got a desk and a nightstand from here for a great price, in really good condition. I had to get some furniture quickly and I prefer second hand, so it was great to be able to browse online and order delivery – that is not too common in London from what I've seen. Correspondence with the manager was great, super helpful and kind. The people who delivered were great too. Would shop there again and recommend to everyone.

Used bright spark to hire a pressure washer. Was so simple and quick. Service was very good..machine was new, i think. Price wise was so much cheaper than homebase. Took it out from Sat to tues and was cheaper than 1 day hire from homebase. Would defo use the service again, even if its just for the feeling of being a ghostbuster🤣🤣

I want to thank the truly helpful and kind people working in the Stratford branch. I already felt awful about not collecting some items for several weeks after purchase due to injuring my back. The folks here were totally understanding and insisted on carrying the items to my car so I wouldn't risk aggravating my injury. Couldn't really ask for more. They do a great job supporting the community with a smile.

I bought a wonderful chandelier from Made.com in its original box. The contact at the Stratford branch, Mel, was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful. Bright Sparks is truly a worthy organisation where you can pick up good second hand furniture at very low cost. Electronic items are checked and Pat tests conducted. I'm quite sure that shrewd customers can get exceptional bargains by checking their website on a regular basis.

I would like to thank the bakers arms store, for helping me and family. We recently have moved into the area due personal difficulties.I popped into the store to find furniture for our flat. Due to financial restrains I have to be careful. I met Kay who was extremely friendly and polite and understood my current circumstances, in doing so he help me find the right furniture. But unfortunately could not find dinning table and chairs suitable, Beau the manager said he would endeavour to search for an appropriate dinning furniture for us. In the following week he informed me of he's findings until he found the dinning table and chair felt suitable and duly got it delivered to my flat. I can not speak more highly of Beau and Kay, they have been amazing and I thoroughly recommend this store and company.

Very nice people and helpful the lady at the desk actually was very helpful. I was 39 weeks pregnant when I went there looking for furniture, they delivered on time and helped me to put the table together. Love you guy's I'm coming back for more very soon.

Very exciting visiting this shop. Bought things from here in the past and was very pleased with my purchases. Shame the Tufnell Park branch closed down as it was nice and local but it was only a temporary shop apparently.
