Had an amazing experience excellent straight forward customer service. Explained I had moved into new flat and needed a mattress asap. Dalston Beds were patient, professional and very explanatory also advised to come into store and check out product for myself..... had items delivered to my new flat within 2hrs was extremely happy with the excellent service and going the extra mile customer service. Quite simply the best service in London. I needed a mattress very quickly and went to see Antony. It was delivered within 2 hours. A great quality mattress at a great price. Highly recommend and certainly will be using again in the future.

What a great shop! Great products great prices and service. From choosing what fits you best to delivering it on the same day Anthony is a man of other times. Maybe because he get a great sleep every night? Best bed shop of North East London.

Second time using dalston beds. I needed to replace a mattress in a rental apartment. Rang up Dalston Beds in the morning, paid via online transfer, and DB coordinated with tenant for delivery that afternoon. Everything took less than 3 hours to fix.
