I went into Divertimenti past 2 weeks each time I was served by Carl he remembered me and welcomed me back into the store. He was very polite, charming and kind. He went above and beyond to help me choose the best top notch items. He even offered to carry the items to my car! I enjoyed every moment I spent in Divertimenti. Best customer service skills! Having ordered a knife, it was too large when it arrived. David and Jason discovered it had been wrongly labelled by the manufacturer and sent a replacement promptly. Whilst searching for a specific product, I found Divertimenti to be the sole stockist, in the U.K, for the item I required. I made an initial phone call to ask a couple of questions and found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. I required to deposit money in my account before making a purchase and asked for the item to be put aside for me. No problem. I called for a second time and was offered a variety of ways to make my payment. I purchased the item that afternoon and my delivery was made the following morning!
