Marwa and Sophie provided my Mother and I with a 5 star outstanding-bespoke service. They greeted us with a warm welcome, served us Turkish tea and went through all of the furniture options very clearly and thoroughly. Marwa and Sophie were extremely patient and kind with myself and my Mother. Marwa even offered interior design tips/advice. We even ended up purchasing a Tv stand in addition to our sofas, because of Marwa and Sophie’s 10/10 customer service. Very knowledgeable young ladies who are welcoming, kind and very brand savvy. Marwa and Sophie made us long term customers of Dogtas. Please keep hiring people like them. They made the whole process as smooth as possible and answered all of our questions and explained everything in great detail. The in-store experience was good, plenty of choice and good ideas, the store assistant was pleasant and answered all of our questions. We bought a sofa set for the master who was in stock and delivered after 1 week. my kids tested it too and it's really solid.

Amazing service through out! The furniture is such good quality, as soon as I walked in I saw my dream sofa and knew it was the one immediately! Funda was so kind and so helpful throughout the whole process from when we placed the order up until it was delivered to our door. She wasn’t pushy and took her time dealing with us. The furniture did take a while to arrive but Dogtas was kind enough to provide us with a temporary sofa. I was able to track my order online with the details given on the invoice which gave me piece of mind. If you’re in need of new furniture definitely head down to Dogtas, their quality is unmatched and one of a kind.

Doğtaş is a truely exclusive treasure of furniture showroom experience. The girls and guys at this place in Edmonton on Fore Street, North London, simply surpass most other high street, retail park and general furniture places that my dearest Wife, daughter and I have recently experienced in Our search for good quality and purposeful sofas and a matching rug; obviously the Wife’s needs for eye candy looks and the touch of expensiveness is also a fundamental requirement. Marwa, Fatima and the Doğtaş Team were kind, attentive and caring; but what I personally really liked with this Team was their respectfullness and trustworthiness. Simple and basic traits that good, progressive and generously caring people have. Always in my opinion. The Team gave my Family and myself space and time to look around their large showroom over two floors, experience visually and physically test the sofas and other furniture, and receive with compliments awesome herbal tea and Turkish coffee (an excellent experience in itself bringing back memories of time expended in Africa, Kenya). I commended the Team with the greatest appreciation, and that must remain forever a testament to the Doğtaş Family for instilling this desire to build quality furniture, at a reasonable price for Us consumers, and together experience shared happiness.
