I saw the wardrobes on 2 different websites and spoke to Bob who managed to beat the other price. Excellent service, kept up to date with the delivery from Alysha. Wardrobes arrived but missing 1 small bracket which after speaking to Bob in the store he contacted the German manufacturer who sent the item. Great product and a great store to do business with. Would definitely recommend and will buy from again.

I ordered 2 Julian Bowen bedside cabinets. They took a few weeks to arrive, I expect due to global supply challenges at present. When I followed up I got a reply straight away from Dreams. I had a minor issue with one handle not screwing on fully and Dreams dealt with it quickly, sending me a replacement. Overall, the staff were very professional and good to deal with. The furniture is lovely.

Excellent service from start to finish - very helpful and friendly staff. We already had some pieces of furniture in this range and wanted to add to them. We went to our local store where we got the original pieces but were told we’d have to wait 4-5 months for them. I found dream furnishings when I started my search on the Internet. I searched nearly every night looking for living room furniture, mainly a wall unit which would compliment my present furniture. I could not believe it when I saw the exact colour unit which would also compliment my flooring too. I travel to Forest Gate where the shop is located. Aylsha was so helpful and patient ,she took her time even though there was other customers in the shop. She did not rush me to make a sale, She show me pictures from the catalogue helping me to vision what the unit would look like as there were none on display. She kept me updated with the delivery(which was a 6 weeks wait) at all times. She organised my delivery and my furniture arrived on time. The delivery drivers are the most lovely and polite people I have ever met . They delivered and fit. They were so patient and kind. I bought the Wiemann 6 door Loft Bi-Fold wardrobe from Dream Furnishings after doing lots of research in-store and on-line. I knew what I wanted but needed to make some changes that where not standard to the “loft” range. Bob at Dream helped with this and made sure that I had a very good shopping experience. The wardrobes where deliver on time and installed to the highest German standard. As for the price, the wardrobes where a 1/3 cheaper compared to the best in-store price in Brighton. I have recommended others to Dream Furniture.

We purchased a few dining Room and living room pieces from the Status Prestige (Umber Birch) range. The furniture came mostly flat pack, but the instructions and final assembly was easy enough. This range of furniture is of a high quality, so very happy with the product. One of the dining chairs was marked, but this was replaced without much fuss, so the overall experience with Dream Furnishings was very good and we certainly use them in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

Before I place the order, I needed more details on the dimensions to make sure that it will fit in my bedroom. Their staff contacted the factory in italy and they gave me the needed advice. I ordered the Hollywood 4 wardrobe and am very pleased with the quality and look. Although it was ordered during lock-down, production and delivery was quick and within schedule. Bob was very knowledgeable about this particular wardrobe and was better able to advise me on the extras needed for the size of wardrobe ordered. We had to put it together ourselves because of the current situation but were able to do so. However, the instructions could be difficult to interpret if you're not used to constructing such items.

Customer service. This was old fashioned customer service at it’s best. • Pre –sale . I received lots of pre-sales information, PDF’s and advice before I made my purchase as my room was an unusual shape and I needed to be certain the wardrobe would fit • Installation. A professional fitting team arrived on the date and time they said they would. They carried out a complex assembly, figuring out how to work best around the nuances of my bedroom (it used to be an old barn hayloft , not many straight lines) • Post Sale. Bob, from Dream Furnishings kept in regular contact with me throughout my purchase. He phoned me after it was complete to ensure I was happy with it and to see whether I needed anything else. I did, I made another purchase for a number of accessories. All in all, a great buying experience in terms of price, quality and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Dream furnishings. It’s nice when you get this combination of value and service in an increasingly online world where very often the actual goods you receive fall short of the online pictures. I had been looking at some Italian bedroom furniture in a well known store for quite a while, I came across the same furniture on the Dream Furnishings’s website at a much more realistic price. I spoke to Bob, who was extremely helpful, he talked through all the options of the furniture. The order was placed during the lockdown period which delayed the delivery (to be expected really) but once it arrived it was exceptional. The quality was outstanding and NOT a single piece was missing, not even a screw. The delivery was a (kerb side drop) which was not ideal due to some of the boxes been heavy, but as I knew this in advance from the delivery company I made arrangements for this. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dream Furnishings for excellent quality furniture at very reasonable prices.

We were looking for a bedroom furniture for our daughter's wedding, been many places and everyone was quoting that it will take 8 -12 weeks for the furniture that my daughter was interested in. As we left it too late my brother in law recommended us to go to Dream Furnishings as his family was a regular customer with them for the last many years and they never let them down when it comes to the wedding. So, we went there and we were asked to wait 4-6 weeks before they can get the furniture in UK from Germany but were very pleased to get a call from Dream Furnishings after 3 weeks that our furniture is ready to be delivered. Furniture was delivered and fitted on the given date without any hassles, my daughter and her in laws were very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the service provided.

I had a very good experience with dream furnishings London. My wardrobe arrived when the said it would and the installers were great. At the end they made sure I knew how to open and close doors and how t charge the motion light. For someone who always complains, I have none.

We ended up with a completely bespoke deisgn made to suit our needs exactly for half the price we would have paid anywhere else for the same brand. We can not recommend Dream Furninshinga enough. We have ordered a sofa set from this company for our new flat in Bow, we were so excited as we were given 4-6 weeks for this Italian leather sofas. However, we received a call in the 6th week that sofa is being delayed and we have to wait for another 2-3 weeks for which we got very disappointed as it’s a new flat and we didn’t had any sofa. Finally last week we received our sofa which is after 8 weeks which was originally quoted 4-6 weeks of waiting time. However I must say we are really pleased and happy with the sofa quality at the price we paid. Now we realised it was worth waiting for😄.
