I have had my fitted bedroom cabinets installed this week. They are a lovely colour, and they are very nicely made, with high quality compenents. The furniture compenents have been put together very well . The team always listened if I had an issue with the installation. And they sorted any issues that I had as well. So their team were very pleasant, friendly, efficient and helpful , and they did the installation very well . I think that will be very happy with the fitted bedroom in the long term, because they will make my life a bit easier !

We first selected Empatika for some significant renovations of our flat after seeing the amazing ways they had made use of space and the high quality of their products. We wanted a lot of things done in a short time and could tell that they had the ability to deliver. They gave us the most incredible transformation of our flat with luxurious built-in wardrobes to two bedrooms, a stunning media unit for our living room and some beautiful floating shelves for our living room and hallway. Tristan provided expert advice to us and worked through the design in great detail to ensure our needs had been fully understood. He ensured that everything was carefully measured to make use of the spaces in such a way that the cabinets fitted seamlessly into the walls that had various changes of depth along them. The result gave us exceptional storage capacity which was concealed and very practical with special features of deep drawers, lots of hanging space and additional cupboards above for suitcases. The hinged doors provided 180 degrees opening to enable easy movement around the beds. A really nice feature was having one door with a full height mirror. The Empatika team were very professional and provided lots of protection to existing flooring and furniture when assembling all the cabinets. They carefully removed our existing furniture, tied in neatly the new cabinets into the walls and ceilings and touched up all paintwork to give us a truly remarkable result. We are extremely pleased with our bookshelves/cabinets from Empatika. Tristan visited our flat to help us design the unit that best suited our needs, making helpful suggestions that gently steered us away from mistakes of our own making. He made sure that there was space for some birdhouses which are a family heirloom as well as a neat pull-out shelf for a printer/scanner. The carpenter who built and fitted our shelves onsite was a craftsman, and it was fun watching him make our unit before our eyes. It took him six working days to complete the unit, but it was worthwhile. We were lucky that another client cancelled his order so it took less than three weeks from our meeting with Tristan until our shelves were ready. We would surely use Empatika again. The cost is not cheap, but it was well worth the money to get a quality product that meets our specifications.

I am writing this review to recommend Tristan and Empatika for any custom carpentry needs that you may have. We used them for two very large TV storage areas in the children’s bedrooms and I must say I am so pleased with the work and craftsmanship they provided and I will have no hesitation to use them again in the future. I am writing this review two years after the job has been completed and I must say the furniture did not yellow or wobble unlike some other furniture that I’ve had fitted from other companies. It also sustained being handled by two children on a daily basis and no hinges loose or chips or cracks anywhere in the paint finish, still looks as nice as the day it was installed. I now wish I had used this company for everything else that was fitted in my home like the kitchen TV unit and wardrobes. We were very happy with the services from Empatika. As a matter of fact, this was the second time we used their services to design, build and install two desks in our office. The design process was fluid, and they were very flexible with our requests and were able to accomodate everything we wanted. I was sent drawings which we changed a few times until we got it perfect. Within the time frame I was given a date of when the furniture would be installed. Had a large set of fitted bookshelves installed in my lounge. Excellent service from Tristan and his team through out the whole process. Tristan listened carefully to my requirements and made good suggestions. We then had several rounds of design revisions with his designer. The builder (Cosmin) did a very good job of building and installing the shelves with LED lights in time. Project was all completed on time and budget. Only suggestion would be to train Cosmin a bit more on how to connect electronic appliances which could save a bit of time towards the end of the project. Tristan did a great job at addressing my questions. I would recommend the team for high quality project delivery and level of service.

This is the first time I have used Tristan and his team to build a home office, which includes a bookshelf and a double desk. Tristan has always been extremely professional, responsive to all emails and has attention to all details. Every single bit of it has been thought through by Tristan, from a tray to hide the cables, the ideal high for the books we have, etc. He managed to accommodate all my requirements, but always giving his sincere opinion to deliver a high quality product. We have had a wonderful experience with Custom Carpentry and have already recommended Tristan and his team to our friends and family. Tristan responded to our enquiry the same night (unlike a number of other firms we have contacted) and scheduled an appointment with us straight away. I asked Empatika to build a wall of shelving and a hidden wardrobe for me in my office. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They came to visit me at work and did a very careful job of noting down what it was I needed. The computer generated plans that they subsequently sent me were detailed and spot-on and enabled me to see exactly what the end product would look like. The few changes I requested at that stage were easily accommodated. I was given advance notice of the installation date and the carpenter who came to fit the furniture was very efficient and tidy. I recommend Empatika enthusiastically and confidently to others Planning The project was to redo a small second bedroom that had no storage at all. We wanted a wardrobe design that maximized storage whilst still giving the illusion of space. Empatika was one of the companies I contacted after much investigation on the web. Their website outlined their track record and the testimonials gave me confidence that the job would be completed professionally should I decide to go with them. Tristan came and spent the better part of 2 hours listening and discussing our project. We worked through several options. He never rushed and was completely immersed in the discussion. I felt that my project was the most interesting and important work he was going undertake. He measured the room thoroughly. When he left, I felt he understood completely what we wanted to achieve.. The collaboration continued on-line through the next two weeks, as we finalized the design. Tristan answered my questions promptly. Changes and adjustments were reviewed and visualized overnight. Only when I was completely happy with every millimeter of the design did we finalize it and scheduled the work. The electricals, painting, woodworking and room decoration would take six weeks to complete. Implementation I cannot speak highly enough of the professionals Empatika employs. They were courteous and very organised. They did a wonderful job. I was working at home during much of the construction and they went out of their way to ensure the work proceeded with minimum disruption and noise. This was no small feat as the room was quite small and yet they still managed to organize their work inside that small space. Every morning they came in promptly. Every afternoon, they left the work area as neatly and as cleanly as possible. Any adjustments were dealt with swiftly and completely by Tristan and team. We'd agree on a adjustment the night before and by morning, the team executed the change. The team made swift progress. It took 8 days to build the wardrobes and a week to paint them. Their care and craftsmanship can be seen in the amazing wardrobes and desk that they built. I can truly say that working with Empatika is as stress-free as these projects will ever be. Result The result is absolutely stunning. Empatika executed the design precisely. Every detail -- the cabinetry, the shelving, the lighting and wardrobe hardware -- was as we had put down on paper. I would not hesitate to work with Tristan and his team on future projects. I recommend Empatika enthusiastically and confidently to others.

I just simply had to write a review on Empatika following a new bespoke TV area we had built in my living room. Me and my wife have been after a new TV area for a few months and came up with some ideas from google searches and contacted many companies to get this done, we were badly let down let down time after time from various companies who do home visits and do the plan and design service but they would simply not turn up. This was until I came across Empatika following a google search. My first contact with Empatika was over the phone when I spoke to Tristan. I explained that we are after a bespoke TV area for our living room, Tristan immediately gave us all the time we needed and gave some fantastic advice. He was extremely helpful and friendly and understood our requirements from the onset. We felt at ease while we were going through the ideas and Tristan was simply amazing and a great listener. Tristan offered to come and visit us to give us an accurate quote and promised to provide us some drawings. Indeed, he came to our house with all the samples he promised and spent a good few hours with us going through all the different materials we could have and also went through sizes, positioning etc. Tristan sent us the drawing within a few days and we were blown away with what he was offering. The TV area he would build for us looked absolutely amazing In the drawings and was exactly how we had planned for. Over the next few days we went through the plans without any pressure from Empatika, we decided to change a few small details and Tristan immediately changed the drawings for us and re-sent them. The main thing was Tristan said, and I will quote ‘ you can change things around as much as you want, I want it to be just like you want it, there is no issues whatsoever, change it a million times if you want’. This put me at ease as I knew my wife would keep changing her mind on little details, indeed my wife decided to change it a few more times, we were going back and forth with slight tweaks which did not annoy Tristan even the slightest, he would simply re-send an up to date drawing and do so with a big thumbs up, no payments were exchanged to at this stage. Eventually once we agreed on the final design we decided to go ahead with our purchase, we paid a deposit and that was it, no going back now. On the installation date, Empatika turned up on time. I asked them if I could help them with taking some of the equipment up the stairs, they would not let me help them, they simply said ‘sit back and relax’ Installation took 1 and ½ days and as they were working they would constantly keep the working area tidy. They were very mind-fall not to inconvenience me and my wife and would move things if they got in the way. I was very surprised as the amount of sophisticated tools they carry to do the work, every single detail was checked via all these machines and I simply could not find anything that looked out of place. The work was very meticulously done; every single inch of the installation was carried out with the most utter professionalism I have ever seen from any company. Tristan gave me a call towards the end of the 1st day to check if everything was going well and if he could do anything else for us. Once the work was completed Empatika took all the waste and cleaned the whole living room and hallway, even though they had used protective sheets over my wooden floors. Empatika gave me a demonstration of our new unit and only left after we were completely satisfied with the work. I don’t normally write such long reviews, I just don’t have the time these days, but on this occasion I simply had to. I have never come across such a brilliant company who are very meticulous and passionate about their work. They know the bespoke furniture sector very well and give you all the advice you could ask for. Empatika score maximum marks in all departments and I am so glad I have had the privilege to have dealt with such a lovely company. Thank you so much Empatika for everything.

More than 2 years ago I had several fitted furniture placed by Alex from Empatika but I have to say that I had quite a few disappointments. It was extremely expensive for what it is without some details that would have been nice to have included in the price such as lights inside the wardrobes. Each drawer was almost 200 pounds each so I didn’t even put a lot of those because of the price and it make the wardrobe not very useful. Also it wouldn’t have soft close for the sliding door unless I asked because the manufactures didn’t make them for the the door and there were constant delays in finishing it, partially due to weather but mostly because something always happened and Alex had to reschedule for a week later (the whole thing took almost 6 months). It would have been nice to have samples of how the wood would look like before hand as well, but since I was new at this in this country I didn’t ask. In one occasion he had forgotten a piece of the wardrobe and he had to buy in the B&Q close to my house because otherwise he wouldn’t be able to fit part to the wardrobe structure. He then suggested if he could have that piece of bad wood disguised instead of making another one in the workshop since this would add more days for him to return and make them. I’ve said no and told him I wanted the entire wardrobe in the very expensive wood I had bought. Finally 1,5 years later I had to remove one of the fitted beds and asked Alex to come because I was afraid that someone else would not do it properly because they didn’t fit the bed. On the day he was supposed to come he cancelled by e-mail saying that there was traffic for some reason and due to limited parking close to my house he would now come. We said he could park by the concierge and he said that if he knew this the he would have come but it was two late and he could only come in the following week. This time I couldn’t accept specially because it had happened several times before when he fitted the other pieces of furniture. I have twins now and a very very busy schedule and had prepared everything for him to come that day. He said it was a full day job and that he would need to get here super early to finish in one day and I had no parking. I then finally did some research and got another company with 5 stars on Google. They came 2 days (not one week), did the a brilliant job in ONE Hour (not the entire day) and charged 1/3 of the price Alex was charging me. I think that if I was in the center of London In a convenient spot I might not have had these issues and delays, but if you are outside the catchment area for Empatika great services (I leave in Greenwich), then I would suggest doing more research, having tried another company, start to think if I shouldn’t have researched further to get a better service and price. The quality of wood is very good and Alex was very nice along the way.

We were looking for a tv unit with shelves and cupboards but couldn’t find what we wanted online or in the shops. Then we found a picture online of exactly what we wanted but despite finding the Italian manufacturer couldn’t make contact or find a UK outlet. Next step bespoke and so having asked a couple of companies who gave us excuses why they couldn’t do it I phoned Tristan. He said send me the picture and a sketch of your requirements and without hesitation he said it could be done and he could do it. Tristan visited took measurements and showed us samples of materials and made some suggestions how our plans might be realised. Many versions of drawings later, materials chosen and fine detail nailed down, his fitters installed the units and shelving and it is exactly as we had planned and exactly what we wanted. They are superbly made and far superior to anything we saw elsewhere. We are delighted with the result and so pleased we went the bespoke route. Would we recommend Empatika - yes of course because they delivered what we wanted. Are they value for money ? They are expensive but they offer a full service and in this day and age when others pay lip service to excellence it is gratifying that having promised the gold standard, Empatika lived up to their promises.

We had Empatika design and install a wardrobe, and redesign another. We noticed a number of qualities in Empatika: they pay attention to detail - everything is done to look high quality; they do not rush you; they listen to your opinions, evaluate them and then make own suggestions; and they stick to the timeline. Another unique characteristic is that you cannot tell when they are working and when they are not around - they work quietly.
